will be at that night's show (with a couple of friends) but not opening day. Does that count? Also for 4/2 (that I'm aware of) Eileen1, CByrd and wife, Nick from OZ (letyoursoulshine)

Deb..you alway's count! And I look forward to meeting you all that night. But I was curious if anyone else was doing both gig's. I'll be dragging by encore time, but I'll be fine!

Ughhh. I was so close. Have ABB tickets for April 2nd.. and got offered Yankee home opener tix.. but had an unavoidable work conflict during the day. Probably never happen again but would have loved to do it. Have a blast! See you at the Beacon!

Be ready for a long day. Back in April of 03' I did a day Met game and a Mule Beacon show that night. It turned out to be the hottest April day we had had in decades. The game and show were both great, but holy cr@p. I must have spent $50.00 on bottled water that day. I looked and felt like I crawled out of a sewer by the end of the night. I would never do that again. I hope you have a great time on your adventure.

Pete

I wouldn't do that again either!!! ...Go to a Met's game?...!

...Thanks for the advise... Luckily I live only 15 mins from the Stadium, and it's a 20 min. drive to the Beacon...I think I'll be able to sneak a nap in at home in between

I'm jealous...and I'm a Sox fan!

My best sports/music combo took place in 1991...last weekend of the regular season, Sox vs. Yanks...

Fri night - Grateful Dead at Boston Garden
Sat afternoon - Sox/Yanks
Sat night - Dead
Sun afternoon - Sox/Yanks
Sun night - Dead
Mon - work

Man, those were the days....

Anyway, have fun on Monday!
