Derek & Susan are proud to announce their Soul Stew Revival tour, a special summer outing marking the first time the couple has toured as one band, sharing a familiar cast of musicians including the entire dTb ensemble plus Ron Holloway on saxophone from Susan's touring unit, and adding Derek's younger brother Duane Trucks on second drum kit. Fans can expect a mixture of material from both artists' repertoire along with new songs worked up especially for this tour. There will be a preview performance at the Wanee Fest in April with the added bonus of the dTb's NYE horn section! The tour will consist of a limited run of dates this summer in the west before the dTb gets cranking again on their own for a Canadian tour in late June, and one additional Soul Stew date in Aspen later in September. On sale ticket information can be found on the dTb Tour page, with the first dTb Ticketing presale starting this Wed 3/21 for Denver, San Diego, & Los Angeles. There will not be many Soul Stew dates in '07 so catch them while you can!

I saw that. I'm kinda ticked that a Chicago gig wasn't booked.

Snowmass! This is such a cool little spot for a show. You don't even have to be right there and you can here it good in the Village! Very nice area! I do believe Colorado is calling me for Labor Day weekend once again!

susea - Snowmass would be a lovely place to see this show! Love the Aspen area! Wish I was going to be around for that one! I'm hoping some more dates shake loose for the Soul Stew gigs (someplace I can easily get to, please)!

Since the Jazz Aspen show in Snomass is 9/3, I think it is safe to assume that Red Rocks is 9/2!!!
Hell yeah!!!

Yonder Mountain String Bnad will be at Red Rocks 9/2 so I would say that we can hope for 8/31 or 9/1! Just like last year!
