Okay, now that we've heard from the" beer snobs" (me included), let's hear about the worst beer or beers you've tried and thrown in the trash.

Me first. I was in the Bahamas a few years ago and the local beer is called Kalik. It tasted like piss strained through a dirty gym shoe. We joked that "Kalik" was the sound the can made when you threw one in the trash.

My other "worst" was many years ago when I was a roofer. Our boss would spring for beer on Fridays after work and he always bought Stoney's. It was $1.99 a six pack and was "sugar free". Not sure if he bought it cause it was cheap, or for the nutritional value. It tasted like watered down , well, watered down water. Almost no beer taste. Guess ya get what ya pay for.

So, what's the WORST beer you've tried, past or present?

Michelop Ultra. It was like drinking air.

Anything made by Pete (ie, Pete's Wicked Ale, Pilsner, etc) is pretty awful. Leinenkugel's makes pretty good beer, but they tried making a Berry Weiss (for the ladies I assume) and it was absolutely undrinkable. Oh, and I can't stand Yeungling.

I think Heineken is the absolute best. To me Coors tastes like cesspool runoff. What a wierd aftertaste. Makes me gag just thinking about that flavor.

my worst beer in the world was at a party in the 80 s when I was a mere 24 yrs old
and I took a big swig of a beer and it had a cigarette butt in it
I have learned to hold on to my beer ever since

Off the top of my head, Genesee which is from upstate New York, Medalla from Puerto Rico and Old Milwaukee. Surprised to see all of the hate directed toward Heinekin and Sam Adams. These are not my favorite beers but I enjoy them particularly on tap. Then I prefer anything on tap over beer in a can or bottle.

Well there is always....

and there is

Two of Milwaukee's "best".

And of course there is....

To think back in the '70's we used to pay up to $20.00 a case for this swill because it was illegal to buy it outside of Colorado!

My 2 favorites are still...

Import

American

Thank you! Most overrated beer ever.

Rolling Rock is another one I can't stand, it's not that it's bad, it's just that it's the most bland beer you will ever have. It's just a dressed up bottle of Bud.

For my taste, I cannot stand weiss beer. I once ordered a pint of Hacker Pshorr Weiss, which is probably well made, but I could barely finish it. My dad used to buy Blatz, I'm sure just to make sure his teen son would not steal it.

Man, Do they still make Stroh's? I tried that one back in the 70's. It sucked even back then. Olympia beer, I almost forgot that one, yeah it's in the water alright...

I haven't consumed alcohol in over 7 years, but if memory serves me, MILLER LITE is the most vomitous tasting, watered down excuse for malt-flavored pee-pee in a can (bottle or keg even) that's out there. Sorry if this is your drink, but YUUUUUCCCCCK!

I don't know about Stella from Egypt, but Stella Artois from Belgium is pretty darn good.

Iron City is terrible-had a few Pitt guys from college make us drink that garbage.

I've had Heineken on tap when I was in Europe, & thought it was quite tasty.

The "Ice" beers were terrible too. Bud Ice. Yuck.
