Any police type folks out there that want to run his tag for me?

This is a photo of him doing his "ChickenDance".

And, here's one a little closer up.

His car tag is from Laurens County, he acted like a jerk, and he'll probably come up with a post about how Candace and Buford "dissed" him.
What, as loyal ABB fans, do you think he should recieve in a reply?

DITTO...Would have loved to slap the chit out of him. Hope to meet him down there one day. The pictures would be different and I probably wouldn't be returning home until bail was posted.

Sadly, he did not break any of the rules of Rose Hill Cemetary only the request of the family that no one go over the rope. Still a crime in my book...

Actually, he did.

Rule #1 of the Guidelines For Cemetery Etiquette, as recently passed by the Macon City Council, reads:

1. Cemeteries are collections of privately owned outdoor sculpture. PLease stay in the designated walkways, OFF CEMETERY LOTS AND DO NOT TOUCH ANY MEMORIALS OR ARTIFACTS.

The rules are posted at the entrances.

It's considered as trespassing, and can bring down a pretty hefty fine and court costs.

If you want a copy, send e-mail address and I'll send you a scan.

I would like to see all the pictures taken of the tresspassers posted here in this thread...if they're not afraid of Candace and Buford or the Macon law, perhaps knowing you might end up here might make them think twice.

I keep asking Candace to start getting the tag numbers and pressing charges. If a few people had to pay the hefty fine, word might get out and folks maybe would stop going over the rope.

On that thought, how many of you would like to see similar photos posted on a regular basis in it's own thread?
Secondly, I'm going to post a scan of the Guidelines in the Pictures section.

You might also post anything that tells of the fine for not following the guidelines! And as for a thread of its own with the pictures .....and tag numbers if possible....of offenders , I say it's a great idea!!

Hey Jerry,

So sorry about my mis-information. Thanks for clearing that up.

I would imagine (in my stupid brain) that a pic of the perpetrator/idiot and licesnse tag of the vehicle they were driving would be enough to get the Macon police involved.

Simple....

Working on that, just have to get some other folks to agree on that premise.

You would think the Macon police might be more involved, however it's my understanding they hardly bother coming out if the ARE called. The other avenue to pursue, if the police don't come, is to get the pictures and tag numbers and file a civil suit against them for tresspass and damages. If someone has to fork out a few hundred dollars to clean the stones, might make a few others think twice about doing their rubbings!

Ann, I promised you these in another thread.
To give you a long range shot.

Check out that she still has the charcoal stick in her hand, and it still doesn't register in her mind what she was doing wrong.

And, she still doesn't have a clue.

OMG! She's using one of the graves as a freaking bench!@#$%

I shouldn't be so surprised in all honesty after I had given the first cookbook away a relative of mine still didn't get it. She has an old abandoned graveyard near her home and apparently all the gravestones, broken and otherwise are used as an amusement park/ rock climbing walls for her kids.....

The first shot didn't catch it, but she was laying on the grave (facedown) making rubbings with paper and the charcoal. The kids were on the graves with their coloring crayons and paper. They didn't exactly just color on the paper, and Mom? didn't seem to have the mental facilities at that time to understand why it was wrong.

Wait till you see the next ones.

I'm glad you posted those photos, Jerry. This woman was doing a rubbing of the graves for her 'seven year old'. Right. While she was doing the rubbings her one child was playing in the greenery while her little girl was coloring with a crayon while sitting on one of the markers. And you're right....she didn't seem to see anything wrong with what she was doing....because someone had already marked up the stone AND it was for her son!!!

This is what's been going on there for years now....day after day!
