Good hump day morning! I'm really getting excited about this weekend! Can't wait to see you all there! It will be great to finally meet Sue, Eric, Mitzi, Deb, Eileen, and anyone else coming (don't mean to leave anyone out, I haven't had a chance to go over all your posts). I already know Ed (dutch), Linnie, Sang, Croky, Hooch, rainy, Don and I still want to see them again!

So sorry Jack can't make it, you'll be missed! And Tyler, THE KING! Know that we all will be thinking of you this weekend. Sure wish you and Deb could've come. Hope you're feeling better.

Ruthie, so sorry about your Billy. I lost little Pinky a few years ago, and still miss him. Ferrets are wonderful pets!

A little fact about that seat too Linnie, it is the only one in the theatre that is air-conditioned. I wonder why.

True story, back in 1994 I traveled a lot to concerts, caught the Allman Brothers 4 times in 6 days between 2 @ Great Woods, 1@ Agawam Mass and 1 @ OOB in Maine. I recently left the college I was attending in Ri to go to Framingham State College. Well during my travels I caught wind of Warren's new band "Gov't Mule". I had heard Warren's T.O.M. cd and loved it. I was lucky to see the original Mule about 10-15 times (some foggy) but they always kicked my @$$!!!!! Here is the radio brodcast I heard......

yeah i suppose that seat is pretty 'cool', now that you mention it. it was a total 'right place/right time' thing....

so, love to you all, sending loving vibes all over you guys and girls......

i've decided to forgo the extra show i was going to do on the 7th, last night was just good enough for me since i will be seeing the band again at wanee.

oh, it was a nice surprise last night.....walked out of Yogi's, and i hear "LINNIE!" . Turn around to see Dutch, Jmorgis, and WHARFY.

oh and some dude - i had NO CLUE who he was - kept introducing himself to me, apparently he had seen my picture and wanted to say hello. the fella was actually quite nice, and obviously a family member here - palmhead, maybe? who knows. anyway, i did get felt up by a few drunk last night and almost caused a scene.....but decided against it. the fella claimed he was tyring to grab my waist, but was up about 6 inches higher and got a full have side of my boob..... gross, really.

I couldnt help but notice Susan and the kids watch daddy from the side of the stage! little charlie waves to daddy when he first comes on, then when susan takes the kids away, they all wave at each other....priceless! Susan looked bee-uuuute-if-full last night wearing a teal blue dress with sequins, reminded me of a flapper.

oteil did this cool thing with the scatting, he was totally channelling Victor Wooten.....but the scat thing was over the top.....real good....real, real REAL good. Best song of the night for me was SPOONFUL, and whatever Band tune it is they covered....

ok, again........carry on! love ya's! anyone got a few hours of sleep they can lend me?

This will be a good thing this weekend, right Mitzi??? I mean, I don't know if there are going to be enough towels in NYC to handle you. Feel better, girlfriend! You will need your strength!

susea - picked up some of that Airborne last night and popped my first one. WOW! It's like an explosion going off in your mouth!!! (hope I don't develop a habit...I kind of liked it! Thanks for the tip!

Don't know why some guys think that this is socially acceptable behaviour - sorry you had this hassle, Linnie, but hope you enjoyed the show. And sorry - no sleep for this wicked one to be passing oiut (trying to figure out where I'll be able to steal a couple of zzzz's myself!)

Ruthie - still thinking about you. Hope your heart hurt is healing.

Tyler and Debi - hope all is going well with you and the family. Tyler - hope you are feeling better! Sounds like you better be ready for phone call this weekend!

Beacon bounders - looking forward to meeting you all. Have safe trips everyone coming in to NY from out of state! Wrapping things at work and I'm OUT OF HERE!
WHOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO

Linnie, I love seeing Susan with the kids! That happened in the elevator at the Marroitt in Denver one year and she kept telling Charlie that we got to go wake Daddy up! Oh it was just too cute! I just love them!!

Deb, you're too funny. Airborne addiction!! LMAO!! Mitzi is picking some up too!!!

rainy you will be in front of Oteil. there is more room on that side, so you are good to go. sounds like you might have the two aisle seats, which are great but you have to sorta police who is coming in front of you and block them if you are not feeling them....the space on that side of the stage is bigger, and there is more room to dance.

enjoy!
