Thanks Matt!

It's looking like we'll have 60 degree weather later this week! YEAH!

I loved it last week when it was 70. I love the summertime! Hopefully the snow is over, I hate shoveling (This snow was more like Ice)

Hi to all from sunny South Florida.
But we are supposed to get rain Monday and Tuesday, if the weatherman is right. By June I will be complaining about the heat.

UpOn2, What an awful time you had. I hope everything and everybody is okay.

Mitzi, So sorry about your My Space problems. You will come up with something else.

Jack, That is an awesome Irish name!

Tyler and Debi, I am sending good wishes your way~~~~.

Susea, your Irish comes out in your wit and that is a very good compliment.

Matt, you reminded me I haven't seen Borat. I want to see it. It really looks to be funny.

Sang, This is your good friend, Ruthie. Hope you are okay and not being picked on too much.
The other guys around here got a big kick out of that one.

To the Irish here, I think my Irish ancestors got here about 100 years before yours. Nobody in my family ever cooked corned beef and cabbage. As a matter of fact, I have never eaten corned beef and cabbage. The Irish who came to the South became Southern cooks. Hog's head cheese anyone?

Seriously, I feel so bad for you guys with the cold and ice. I can't even imagine what you go through. Keep warm and I hope for better weather for you.

Good wishes to all and good Beacon dreams.

You guys know that my life is an open book here on the diary.

Kristen took Skyler and left Sat. She moved in with Skyler's daddy's sister, a stripper. I only mention her profession because of the company she keeps. Kristen has no money, no car, is in to much more than pot, and has now lived in 12 places since Skyler was born. She told us we would never see Skyler again. We are heartbroken. I hope that Skyler is being taken care of like he should be. Kristen is seeing a man that is on every drug known to man. We are weighing our options. I will keep you informed.

Tyler I just read your post. I am so sorry this is happening to you and especially with
a child involved. We went through this kind of thing with my daughter for several years. Thank God no children were involved. Sometimes it seems impossible to bear. Keep your faith
going strong. I am thinking about you and Debi tonight and i'm sending you best wishes.

Oh God Tyler, this is terrible news. And yet there isn't too much you can really do! Such a shame! I'm sorry.

Ruthie, thanks for the compliment! My Irish eyes are smilin'!

Keb' Mo' is such a cutie! He would be a very fine guest to sit in with the brothers or Warren on some slide Dobro! He's so expressive and a true upbeat character! I highly recommend catching this tour as he sponsors his new album! It's got an interesting feel to it that I really, really enjoyed!

Oh, and if Jack or Eric know of where I can get a copy of ABB from Red Rocks on 8/4/79 for my friend Jack from Hawaii? He has posted this under AG and I thought I'd try to help him locate it!

Sorry to hear that, .

BTW we got the cement ice too. My plow guy did not do our walkway to our steps. So in a panic I went out on Sat night to let the Chinese delivery to the front door. Not a good idea. hard as rock and slipped a few times. I blame the slipping on the 8 beers I had and not the ice.

Tell you what, find a comfy chair. Turn the lights low and crank the 8-19-2005. Let Derek take you away in Mtn Jam. I DID!

Thanks for the Keb' Mo' Eric! He's such a charmer and really had a vibe going last night that left a huge smile on my face. Also had us laughing quite a bit! I had the same seats we had for Derek/Susan!

Let me know if someone comes forward with that 79 Red Rocks show!

Good morning everyone. One more sleep and I'll be in Beaconville!! Seems like it took forever for it to finally get here.

Dutch and Dad, I'll be at Yogi's tomorrow night between 5:00 and 6:00. Dad, I have your cell # and you have mine, so lets be sure to hook up.

Tyler and Deb, I am soo sorry to hear about the terrible events that took place, it is just soo sad and my thoughts and prayers are with you both!! Please keep the faith and hang in there. You are loved!!

UT2F, what an awful thing to happen!! Thank God no one was hurt. I am soo afraid of gas and electric, and rightfully so. The two combined are lethal. Glad everyone is ok.

Mitzi, what the HEYYYYYYY!!! Why in the world would they make you shut down such a great fan site. I just dont understand things like that.

Deb, tomorrow is the official kick off for me I PM'd you my cell number sister!!

Susea, glad you got home safe and sound. OMG, what a frickin scare when that steering thing happens. You have no control and you just have to keep messing with the steering wheel. Yes, never step on the brakes. Coming home Friday night, I met hubby and we drove home. Some lady went off the hightway and just missed a light pole. It was treatorous out there. Hope this is the last of winter.

DZ, I hope things turn around for the better!!! I want to see you in Beaconville!!!!

Everyone have a great day!! See you all in a few weeks

Hi all

T & Debi,I am so sorry to hear of what's going on with Kristen and Skyler. My prayers are with you

Don,I hope they straighten things out fast

Well, everything appears to be back to normal here, but it's probably going to be a few days to determine exactly what it's done to my daughter. My wife said my daughter held her hand all the way to school today. She hasn't done that in years. She's also feeling a little under the weather,so hopefully that's the reason, and not the weekend's events.Thank you all for your concern

Hope everyone is doing well.

Afternoon All
Just back from Philly

Not my favorite town, as I spent way to much time there in my corporate days.

But I must say that the historical tour is very cool, all the cool neighborhoods in town, the Zoo, the Historical mile where all the buildings still stand that our founders met in and pounded out the documents that still are the rule of law.

Standing in the same room where the Continental Congress met, where Franklin, Jefferson and co. met to work out the wording and the place where they all took the verbal, yae or nay vote on the documents they created. Very cool feeling to be there.

TUT was incredible, two floors of othe Pharos and wanna be's before the third floor where the artifacts from TUT are housed. Amazing stuff. Crowded but controlled chaos ala Disney.
The audio tour really helped to give some nice background and info on the way things were done back then.
Once in a lifetime I figure.

Hope everyone has been doing OK.

More later.

Eileen and Effie, check your PM's
