Congratulations, Tyler, you extreme peach, you!

Eric...Sparkliie???? My imagine runs wild!

susea - those pics are a kill! Fantasy Fest, huh??? Am getting ideas about me and Lola already (maybe I will have to take our matching Xena, Warrior Princess costumes out of storage and book us a flight...)

dad2/susea/mitzi/others - after I figure out cell #'s on this end, I will PM them to you all so that we can keep in touch better in NYC re: meeting logistics. I know most of you are doing the 3/30 and 3/31 shows, which I don't have tix to, but definitely would like to meet all y'all at the parties or something.

T,You are EXTREME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sue,Hog's Breath is my favorite of the many, many bars in Key West

Deb,I'm sure John's will be open by then if it's not already.Do not be scared off.If you saw the video of the Taco Bell that was overrun by rats a couple of weeks ago,John's is a few blocks away. The HD went crazy in the area after that.John's received citations for a broken ceiling tile and some other minor thing like that.It had nothing to do with the food or infestation
Other places to eat?Le Bernadin.Oh,you said not too much $$(Le Bernadin is $$$$$$).OK,9th Avenue from about 44th street to 56th Street has a ton of restaurants of every kind of cuisine you can imagine(they even have a Burmese restaurant if it's still there) and prices are much better than in other parts of the city.I always liked Mangia E Bevi(italian) on 53rd and 9th.I haven't been there in about 5 years though,so I can't give you a recent review. If you tell me what areas you'll be in or what kind of food you want,I'll see what else I can come up with
A lot of good Greek seafood in my neighborhood, but I'm not in Manhattan.

If you are in the Beacon area on Upper West Side there are lots of good places to eat at reasonable prices on Amsterdam Ave

Thanks, Bob! Wasn't really worried about the Taco Bell/KFC rat thing...not planning on eating at either of those joints. Glad to hear the girls and I will be able to get our slices (or I guess it's the whole pie) from John's. As far as where? I think we may be all over Manhatten. Upper West for show stuff; we want to hit the Village, Chelsea and Union Square; probably try to do the Met and Lower East side on Sunday; Lower Manhatten, Midtown...oh heck - you see my delima? LOL I'll tell you what - any ideas accepted. Would like to get some good seafood or maybe hit a raw bar one day. We're always up for Mexican (and the margaritas that taste so good with ). Vegitarian, Indian, Greek we're pretty flexible. This gives me something to work with too...

Sue the accident was before the 7 mile bridge. Apparently a teenager trying to make a left in a 40 mph zone. What really sucked was about 4 miles on the bridge was a guy pushing his motorcycle.

Music is such a powerful force and I am glad that I have given some happiness for my time on this board. In the end we all feel better. I decided to post some of the thank you's on the 1st page. Again thanks, I do it cause I love music and if I can make you forget your troubles or worries then I feel better!

I think Susan will need some ice and towels after Derek's solo about 2/3 rds in.

Hi Everybody. Here I am posting after midnight. The Midnight Writer tag is right.

I was out today so didn't have chance to post but it sure seems like ya'll were
having a very good time.

My daughter, Karen, is going with me to NYC for the Beacon show. We are only going to one show, Apr. 3. We are flying up there on the 2nd and coming home on the 5th. We wanted
to have a couple of days for museums, shopping, etc. We are staying at the Beacon Hotel.

When we went to see the surgeon last week, Karen told him we're going to NYC to see the
Allman Brothers Band the 1st week in April so we'll need to schedule surgery for the 2nd week. He laughed and told us he likes the ABB and saw them live in late 70's. The ABB show was the best show he has ever seen to this day.

I appreciate your prayers and good wishes for me in this difficult time. and thanks for asking about Billy the ferret. He has been up and roaming around the house today, playing with the cats.

Good night or good morning Tyler, Linnie, Deb, dad, No1, Jack, UpOn2nd, DZ, Sue, rainy, Mitzi, LaPeche, Eileen and every one else.

and Tyler, Congratulations on your new rank, Extreme Peach. It has a nice, ring to it.

Ruthie, you Midnight Writer!!! LOL!

Deb, yes, #'s will be in place so we can all connect!!! YEAH!!

Rainy, you know that the Beacon will never be the same after the 31st!!! Magic will be taking place!!!

Shout out to everyone else on this fine Tuesday morning!!!

See Tyler, it aint just you who hits wrong buttons.
Anyway, Matt, getting to the finals is what it's all about.Winning is the cherry on top.See if Jim Kelly ever has any regrets about not winning.Way to go, kid.
Mitzi, sorry hon.Something sweet will come your way.Maybe like, you know, an opening at KRAFT FOODS!!!
Deb, off the top of my head, Carmines is good.In little italy there's a place called, La Mela(italian for the apple).Cheap, family style, and very festive.Any chinese restaurant on Mott st. will also do the trick. On 9th ave. there are 2 places I find hard to pass .Manganaro's is a classic Italian place with the best hero sandwiches in NY.If BBQ is your thag, Daisy Mae's blue ribbon bbq is cheap and dee-lish..
I'll be taking a 3 o'clock train on the 30th.That will get me to the Beacon around 4:15.Susea/Mitzi- I'll look ou guys up when I arrive.
Nice pix,E....GAWD, this SRV is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Y'all have a great day
