Well it's been a long year, but I finally turn 17 today and can now get my senior license once I get back from Florida. The best birthday present of all would be to find out that my Beacon tickets aren't cancelled and just can't be accessed right now for some strange reason.

Happy birthday Vin.

At 17, you're too young for my oldest daughter and too old for my youngest daughter.

Call TM. My tickets for opening night were showing up as Pink Floyd something. I called and the tickets are correct and sent.

Happy Birthday Vin. Enjoy it, because sooner than you think you'll be as old as many of us are now.

Thanks all - unfortunately I've been baking in the sun all day playing tennis. I'm on the school tennis team trip now in Saddlebrook, Florida. It's been 80 here every day which is nice, but too much tennis. The coolest thing so far that happened today was James Blake (yes, that James Blake) wishing me a happy birthday. He always trains here and we went over to watch him and while he was sitting down getting a drink he spotted about 20 of us hanging out watching him. He came over and talked to us all, told him it was my birthday, and he wished me happy birthday. Thanks again.

Vinsanity, Happy Birthday to you.

Did you ever hear Frank Sinatra do this song? If not, let me know. I'll make you a copy of some of his stuff. Every 17 year old needs to hear some Frankie. :-)

When I was seventeen
It was a very good year
It was a very good year for small town girls
And soft summer nights
We'd hide from the lights
On the village green
When I was seventeen

Winger also did a song called "Seventeen". And it was terrible. Kip Winger.

Is the driver's license age still 17? I remember when I got mine, all those years ago.

Good luck, young one. Your next big birthday is 18, then 21.
