Just checked myTM order history and it says each of my orders has been printed and mailed. Just changed from in process in last 2 days so I expect my tix early next week. I had orders from both presale and gen'l sale and all say they have been mailed. Yea! Have to think this development coincides w/ recent TM release of tix so ck your orders and if any of your orders was cancelled recently (like for exceeding limit), let us know.

Mine are still "in the process of being printed."

Maybe they're working through them one by one and somebody's got to be first. Boy, I'd like to think they favor me for some reason. But they'd better come in 5 separate packages because I sprung for UPS delivery @$14.95 per order. This is the first TM concert I've bought in a while w/o the ticketfast option(home print). Anyone know why? (other than ticket limits because I'm sure I've bought other limited shows through ticketfast).

I missed the one order I placed for regular mail delivery. It still says in process but the other 4 orders(2 pre and 2 gen'l) to be sent via UPS show printed and mailed. They must be doing courier orders first.

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All 3 of my ticket orders placed have been canceled.

I bought 2 tickets to 3 shows on the day of the presale. I did not purchase any other tickets because I was scared of exceding the limit. The person I am going to the conerts with picked up a couple during the general onsale under their account. Those still say in process of being printed. Everything was different between my and their order, different email, different address, different card info, different everything. I can't understand why the orders were canceled.

I'm trying to stay calm, here, but it is very very hard right now.

FYI, I have purchased Beacon presale tickets before 03, 04, 05.

Wow, what can I do?

Geesh nebish, I wonder what went wrong??

Mine say they are in the process too. While I was on there I checked for more available on the 30th and 31st and upper balcony is showing up for both days in 2 to 4 quantities. So for those of you still looking to get in the door, now is your chance!

I am sorry to hear this. I don't see how your friend's order could have played a part so I suspect it was a problem w/ your credit card or your presale orders got zapped in the HTW review process. Did you get the POG and use same email as that from which it was rec'd to place order? I have no idea if that makes a difference since criteria was never stated, I suppose for good reason. Since my presale orders have been shipped, I wonder if this means the HTW review is over completely. Let us know and I hope this works out for you.

FYI, as long as you're a member in good standing, bring it to Lana's attention and it will be taken care of. Same thing happened to me last year, I wound up getting my tickets thanks to Lana's efforts.

I will update the outcome of my situation. I have not hit the angry stage yet, just very sad and confused right now.

I did get the Peach-o-gram, have the same email address for TM and here, and the credit card is and always has been good and has never caused any problems.

I feel like some kind of victim thinking "I never thought it could happen to me".

I just rec'd a number of emails re my orders from TM that stated "your tix have been printed and will be shipped to you shortly via UPS". Did not get one on the one US mail delivery order I have.

I sent Lana a PM on Saturday and also called Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster said the person who canceled my order wasn't there and they would get back with me, but they have not yet.

TM said the reason was overlimit. I confirmed the limit was 3 shows, 4 tickets each. My orders were 3 shows, 2 tickets each.

I am trying to be patient, but see that Lana has not posted on this site in 3 weeks and am concerned that she might not get my PM before it is too late.

The TM agent said that if they can verify an error that they can reinstate my order, so I'm not sure if that means the canceled tickets are held for a certain time period or what.

I wouldn't ask for Lana's email, but if anyone who reads this is close with her, I wonder if you could email her and tell her my situation so it can be resolved.

Lana posted on the guestbook a day or two ago. Check the buddy box now and then. She's around. Send her a PM. It sounds like a Ticketmaster problem, though.
