He was just in the northeast last September, but I had also heard that he had plans on coming back to the US after going around the rest of the world.

Here's a couple of pictures I took from seeing him in the Garden on 9/13:

I was also at that show....That pig that they flew around the Garden was as big as a truck. Excellent show...Would love to see him again...

This time with Gilmour and Wright as well as Mason

Great shots of the show, especially the DSOTM shot...

This last RW show in the Garden really brought things full circle for me. I was there in '77 to see the first time they flew the pig there for the Animals tour - and now again 29 years later. It was a real treat.

It certainly is. I did not think that they played together. Was this a mini-reunion of sorts? I know Nick has not played with Roger on many of his past tours. I guess things changed after Live 8 in summer of 2005. I really wanted to go to one of those shows. I look forward to his visit to the southeast. I'm also very much looking forward to Gilmour's On An Island US arena tour.

Nick played with Roger for a few selected dates in Europe as well as for the swing through the States. I thinnk for the US portion it was just in NYC and LA, though there might have been a few others.

I don't know if that's going to happen. David toured smaller venues last year, hitting the US during April. Radio City was the largest hall he played during the North American part of the tour. There should be a DVD of that tour coming out soon, recorded from a few nights in the Royal Albert Hall.

Hope this happens and I'm able to attend. Love Roger Waters (Radio KAOS one of my all-time favorites) and have never been disappointed the times I've seen him live. (and I don't want this to seem like a i-wish-bros-and-dickey-would-reunite post but I would love to be able to see all members of Pink Floyd reunite for some touring...)

You echo a sentiment shared by many, but there are no signs of a thaw between the factions. Their brief reunion for Live 8 was followed by some grumbling by Roger ("I could never put up with this for a full tour!"), and denials of any plans to reunite by David. David's tour for On An Island was a small as he could make it, determined not to duplicate the Floyd-era excess. He's been quoted as saying he has no desire to crank up the massive machine that is a Pink Floyd tour ever again. And in a move that seemingly puts the nail in the coffin, the official Pink Floyd management is being condensed into the duties of David and Nick's personal management. Individuals who have helmed that effort in recent years have been let go.

Too bad - so many people would love to see them together again. And since they all seem healthy enough to tour, it's all the more difficult to accept. But the disputes seem to be permenent and there little desire to reconcile. Following the Live 8 performance, Roger was reportedly at dinner that night and received an offer for $200 million if the band would reform for a world tour. He said "no thanks"

I read that in an interview also. But, if i remember correctly, it was also said in that same interview that Roger believes that Pink Floyd will reunite for one last tour ( I may have dreamt that, but I would almost swear to it that I read that somewhere)
