Hey Kim, Colin, Petri, Rob & others. Happy Friday to everybody.
The weather here is a little colder but very nice, with lots of sunshine and clear blue skies, but still no rain. Where is the winter????? Weatherman sez that we should not expect any rain before the second half of February. Southern Europe is slowly becoming a desert and it's gonna be a long dry summer this one.
Rob, congrats on your new status bro. Nice offer you got there.
BTW, where is Zeka and Roger? Haven't seen them for some time.
Wishing everyone a fine weekend. It's gonna be farming work for me.

Hello my international friends!
Colin, Rob, hello you on-liners! Rob, congratulations on your new status. And what an offer...
Kim, thanks for thinking of Aura, she's doing OK, only little coughing so she's already back at the day care (kindergarten).
OK, it's time to prepare ourselves for the weekend and take care that the fridge is well equipped with refreshments... We're going to go skating with Aura and Pyry during the weekend. Aura tried skates for the first time a week ago and seemed to enjoy herself. And I hope there will be time for some music, too...
Have a nice weekend you all!

Good morning, my dear worldwide S&B!
You know that - lot of job = no time!
Dear bro Danis, I hope that we will drink together some beer (no olive oil!!! Ha-ha!) this year at the same place at the same time in Greece (Yes, I'll be at the SAME place from 11 to 26 July with my family). My family LOVE Greece!
Best wishes to all and have a nice weather as I have.
Love!

Hi Rob ... gonna catch up with the Superbowl tonight ... there is a highlights programme on over here in England
Once upon a time I would have stayed up to watch it live ... still would if it were on Saturday instead of Sunday ... but staying up until 4am is not compatible with working on Monday morning
Have a good week everybody ____________________

Hi All!
It's freezing here too, -21 C {about -5 F} with wind chill and we've had this for a few days now. I really don't like it when it is this cold and yes, Petri you are a 'nutcase' and Rob, you are 'strange' for liking this weather. But y'all are lovable too and who isn't strange or nutty? As Jim Morrison says, 'People are strange...'
Thought I'd post this Fahrenheit and Celsius thermometer so we all can understand when we post using the different measurement systems.

Saw a post the other day in AG about Johnny Winter touring which inspired me to check out his touring schedule and think about going to see him. Got tickets to see him at the Phoenix in Toronto {where I last saw dTb} for Mon. March 26.
This will be the first time for both of us to see him. Has anyone here seen J. W. in concert?
Have a happy day!
PS, Rob, no Superbowl for me. I'm not a football person, although I wish I'd tuned in to see Prince. ____________________

When I got up yesterday morning I went outside to discover this .....

No big deal for you guys and gals who live in the frozen North I know, but we only tend to get this for a couple of times each year (if at all) so it was quite a nice surprise
This is not my Street by the way, not even my City, just the closest picture I could find on the web that looked like the street where I live ...
Happy Friday everybody ... and enjoy your weekend ____________________

Hello my international friends!
Yes Garry, I must be crazy, LOL... but I like four seasons. And we had a terrific, warm and sunny (and maybe too dry) summer last year...
Still having a cold winter weather, -20 C (-4 F) today but getting warmer towards the weekend...
Listening to Honeytribe thru my earphones at the moment while working, thanks Colin! And BTW, CaptSkipper rules! Newly remastered ABB 1971-09-16 sounds terrific! Colin, you read my mind...

Hello and Happy Weekend to All!
Colin, enjoy your snow while it lasts. What a lovely and peaceful pic you posted!
Garry, mmmmm 33C, sounds like heaven to me.
But sorry to hear of your drought conditions. I remember the US commentators at the Aussie Open discussing the situation.
Do you think it is global warming related?
Petri, hope you are doing well my friend.
David, but I thought you liked the cold! In the summer you set your AC to FRIGID. Just kidding my friend. Hope you are having a good evening.
I have a wedding to attend on Sunday and must drive 2 hours into the snowbelt and lake effect snow. I'm a little nervous about the drive but we are intrepid and will no doubt make the trip.
Much Peace and Love to All! ____________________
