Is that who you saw last weekend?

Hey Coot, it was a pretty good game last night. Kind of a sloppy first half for both teams though. Did you watch it?

Watched a good share of it.

Your center, Mircer (?), is a player...he's going to be real good....

There's some real potential there. He needs to stay in school beyond this year though to get some more seasoning. The Huskers have already won more games this year than I thought they would. I credit a lot of that to the new coach.

I thought the coach actually looks sort of like Bobo...you know, if you sort of close your eyes and get all unfocused

At that point, how many beers had you had?

Excellent!!! May I recommend a top of the line Hoover model?

I should be so lucky--she'd want one of those $600 Dysons.

We have one of the lower priced Dyson's - it works great!

Lee's Unleaded Blues--at 74th and South Chicago.

I meet up with my college friends there once and awhile.

Super Percy's band is the house band, and anyone who wants to play gets a chance.

Lil' Ed (from the Blues Imperials) sat in for a few songs--he was there all night in the crowd.
Some of the regulars that tooks some vocals included the Arkansas Bellyroller and New Orleans Beau.
Some young Italian guy jammed towards the end as well. He was really good.

It's great fun and a very friendly crowd.

Thanks, but no. It's 61 degrees right now, beautiful day. After today, we aren't going to see 50 for another week. I know most of you are thinking "yeah, so what?", but to the people out here, this is a catastrophe waiting to happen.

Better stock up on bread & milk
