074. The Pledge. The Turn. The Prestige.
075. I compromised. I'll go in two days, and have off three plus the weekend. Kinda like Terri.
076. Man, these setlists have been off the hook and the chain.
077. So what's the weather forecast for NYC?
078. Why did the woman name her child "seven and a half?
079. Croky reluctant to reveal his winner
080. In just one more day, I'll be able to see Croky's winner for myself.
081. This title will have to hold you folks for a couple days . . . I'm off to NYC!
082. Home, home again. I like to be here, when I can.

While it's only at 95 pages, apparently MT 3 has been locked. Perhaps all of the Beacon traffic is making the forum and site in general heavier than usual.

Anyway, I'll take a shot at it, here is the Empty Thread version 4, or version 6 if you count the TiT or BFD Threads.

For posterity's sake, here is the updated history:

1) Cliff started "The Empty Thread" on 8/25/2002. It ran until 3/11/2005.
2) The day after the original was closed down, Cliff started "The Imaginary Thread," (remember the TiTers?) which ran from 3/12/2005 through 9/27/2005.
3) Cliff retired, or changed names, or something, so PhotoRon stepped in and created the "BFD Thread" on 9/27/05.
4) BFD ran until 4/10/2006, at which time Sang stepped up to the plate and besmirched the forum (and the world) by creating "The Return of the MT."
5) On 12/6/2006, for installment five, the good fast43 blessed us with "MT 3 which should be 5."
6) Poor little MT 3 only lasted for 95 pages, but due to the onset of Beacon fever, was slowing things down anyway and was closed by the administrators, so TopDroog, that's me, feeling froggy, starts the 4th MT on 1/8/2007.

Peace.

Randy, Randy, Randy.

Now why would you go and put the Nefarious One's name in the title?!?!?

Hey, I have Sang to thank for the best seat I ever had at an ABB show, fifth or sixth row, directly in front of Oteil at one of the last Chicago Theater shows.

Of course he's my buddy!

I also have Sang to thank for one of my best-ever prose pieces, but that's another story.

Which can be found here, by the way:

Damn, lots of threads are locked. I was just about to reply to the South Beach Thread.

I'll post it here, instead:

Good luck, Wharfman! I'm back in the saddle too.

Peace.

I'll change the title fairly regularly.

Looks like all the threads of any length are.

KCJimmy 5 didn't get to 90.

The Hockey thread was only 39.

Baseball still lives.

Shows you the interest there.

Heh heh.

Drivel died at 38.

And my regular name is still unusable.

I don't care about the loss of rank and stars, but I have ten pages of addresses in a file with my PM's I'd really like to get to.

Lana has tried once by giving me a new password.

It didn't work.

It's not a cookie/cache/browser thing because I come up empty on all three online computers here at the house.
