Thanks for letting us know Sue. Ravi Coltrane is another one that we should all go see, thats in May 4,5. Im not familiar with 'WAR' or 'Tower of Power,' where could i hear some of their music?

Caught Roy Haynes at Birdland in NYC last week. Short set, but very intense. Amazing perfomance for an 82 year old. Great band. Check him out before its too late.

Yes, Roy hammers it down! He sat in with ABB the first weekend last March at the Beacon. It was just 4 days shy of his Birthday.
