Welcome to the new Vaylorette official site. We are putting things in place for the next reunion tour....Easy, Sleazy, Cheesy and the Tour Mistake are packing as I write. Check back for further updates....

For those of you who might not remember the last tour....here are a couple of excerpts from the most recent Vaylorette expose "Off the Wagon and On The Floor:

"I want to state right now that no matter what my poliical opponents might say, it was not me in the room with smoke, mirrors and candles last night after the gig. It's just a vicious rumor started when someone impersonating me rushed out of the haunted house right after it caught fire. I can account for every one of the seven veils I wore as part of my costume. The tags on the material said they were fire resistant and would nothav started the blaze no matter how close to the candles I danced....if I had been the one dancing. (This has been a paid political denial by the friends of Big Ann)"

Oh, I remember now....this was during my campaign....how appropriate that we have our reunion during yet another campaign year!

"It's time to start our big 36 hour campaign push through all 50 states. Dole ( does this tell you how long it's been since we last hit the road?) had to start a few days earlier but he's older and moves slow. Now here's how it will work. Since I've maintained a low profile and the FBI and CIA don't have any clear photos of me, I want the Vays all over the country to start making public appearances claiming they are me. If everyone pitches in and does their share, the election is in the old bag....sorry, I forgot, we're never using old bang in the same sentence as Vaylorettes again. (Big Ann busiy lining up the floats for the march to the swearing in Ceremony.)

More of the election campaign to follow later.

I know nothing...I saw nothing...no matter what the Vet said after examining the Chief of Police's horse.

A little further explaination might be in order.....here is from a previous thread:

Several years ago...before the forum and close to the beginning of the listserve, my friend Sherri, went into the aol classic rock forum and started a page for the Vaylorettes. Among all of the genuine classic rockers, the Vaylorettes, named for Vaylor Trucks, were the wild child back up singers for his band. We would go in and post pseudo tours....you wouldn't belive some of the stuff we came up with....and in general paradied the music business in general. We even had laminates that actually got a few of us into shows once or twice!

The Vaylorettes had their addictions.....rhinestones, sequins and of course the dreaded glitter. Some dried out at the Betty Crocker clinic....it was blueberry season....and one of us...guess which one....produced an almost autographed edition of their book Vaylorettes, Off the Wagon and Ont the Floor. We had more fun in the year or two that site was active than we had in a long time afterward. And the overseers of the site knew we weren't really a group (duh, was it the jaccuzi and pool table in the bus that gave us away?) But they didn't shut us down because we had so many hits on the site every day.

Anyway, gradually, it all ended.....however, Renee and RedRyder would have made excellent members....shucks, makes me long for the thigh high boots and spandex again

I remember the Vaylorettes...I was their bus driver. Matt Abts was the official photographer. Meg, Julia, Big Ann, Kirsten, Al and Sherri Breeding

those were the days

I traded in the Vaylorette bus (a 1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager) for a Honda Pilot. I think this tour they need a Wanderlodge. better for increase in spandex needs

A Vaylorette rule...if you're going to leave with anything, make certain it's your Victoria Secret undies!
