So please allow me to remedy that. My only burner right now is in my company-purchased laptop, and I don't want to wear it out (as I did 2 burners in my former desktop, while still under warranty, thankfully).

I haven't been doing a lot of burning lately, but I still want to share some music. So, I have three freebies that I'll give to three different people, on the condition that whoever takes them promises to do a few B&P's once the shows are received.

Please post hear claiming the show you want, then PM my your snail mail address.

Here they are - brief descriptions first, w/setlists, source info, etc., to follow at the end of this post:

Pink Floyd, 1965-1967 "Dawn of the Piper" - 1 disc, audio
Out-takes and alternate versions of songs that made it onto Piper at the Gates of Dawn, as well as a few Barrett era tracks that might be new to you if all you've heard of early Floyd are the commercial releases.

Gov't Mule, 3/21/2000 - 1 disc, FLAC
Nice audio recording from late in the original lineup's career. Vocals could be a little stronger

Eric Clapton, 7/7/2006 - w/Derek Trucks - 1 disc, FLAC
Very clear SBD FM radio broadcast. One criticism, several songs "fade in" in progress, as though coming out of a commercial break. According to the seeder, this is preferable to the radio hosts' jabber between songs. Still, worthy of your listening. Masterful work from all three guitarslingers.

Peace. Details follow -

Nice little set by Eric Clapton, I believe his first date of the tour, opening the 2006 Summer festival in Lucca. Italian
radio broadcasts many gigs from this festival every year, unfortunately in its bad way. The nasty speaker talks after every
single song and this drives me crazy!
So I spent a remarcable amount of time to crossfade the music in order to remove the comments. Now it sounds much better.
I just left one intervention by the speaker to give you an idea of how nasty it was all over the show.
This is not the full set, unfortunately: some songs were not broadcasted such as the opener "Pretending", the beginning of
"So Tired" and the last encore "Crossroads".
I'm not a huge Clapton fan, I have to say, but I listened to this show and I enjoyed greatly. This is for you!!!!

Hey man, I just copy and paste 'em.

But, to respond to your queries,

Ley Leydy Ley - Sounds like a feminist law firm
Ley Down - good news por los banditos
Ley your Hands on Me - I'll pass
Ley Your Burden Down - sure, will you carry it? We can start with my tax burden
Would You Ley Down with Me - To say it like the youngsters, "Oh, HELL No!" Or like the younger ones who still get whooped for cursin', "hecky-no."
