How far back in the Orchestra section can you go without losing sound quality? I've been in row T to the side in the past, and the sound was pretty bad. Are all real center orchestra seats great for sound quality?? Any comments?

Thursday night, I was in row S center section, and the sound was fine. Friday, we were in row Q center, right next to the sound board and that was a little louder.....thought the sound was great from there. We went up the aisle to see if it was alot better sound....and it was not that much better quality, just louder. The key is to be in to the center section. I would say Q or closer.

I think the sound is consistent until you get under the overhang, (Row T?)then it gets bad. I never noticed a difference on the left or right. I will check that out tonight.

The last time I was over in 2004 I had seats in Row S which was under the overhang and the sound was not so good. I think you will find that Row M is the last Row in front of the overhang and the sound gets slightly worse behind that.

As I understand it the best sound of all is up at the front of the Loge.
