The "Layla sessions", for sure.

I would've loved to have been in the booth to see the expresion on Wilson Pickett's face when the final mix for "Hey Jude" was being done.

Seeing "Jessica" being recorded in Macon - seeing the young Chuck Leavell play the now historic piano solo while watching the faces of his bandmates as they listened, and to just look over Johnny Sandlin's shoulder as he worked on the album.

I would love to have been at the first Sun sessions - especially when Elvis and Sam Phillips were recording.

Any of the "London Sessions" - for Muddy Waters, Howlin Wolf, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis - any of 'em!

Any/ALL o f the sessions that Tom Dowd did with Ray Charles.

Dark Side of the Moon

And all those Moody Blues Sessions
Also, The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway, as great as it was/is, the group was proally starting to unravel at the time and the dynamics were proally very interesting.

The Beatle's last recordings, eh? You would had have to fight for space with that vocal diva, Yoko OH-NO

Dutch

The Lamb would have been great cause the Stones were working on It's Only RnR during the same period and Gabriel heard them during RnR...which is why he incorporated it in the last song as Knock and Knoll

I would loved to see how they recorded Pink Floyd's The Wall, just for a little bit, I think Waters would be too intense for me.

"Layla" -you would've had to have been a real insider........who else would have been let in, with bags of heroin and coke sitting right on the amps?

ANY Beatles recording.

Hendrix "Are You Experienced", a real studio groundbreaker.
