I started this thread last year and a lot has happened in this big old world since then. It gets down to, Family and Friends, Peace, Love, Health and Happiness. Just being "here" is Thanks enough. Have a Happy Thanksgiving.

The love that I feel for my friends, my small family, my home, my cats, music, sunshine, rain and snow, for God, for this great earth.. And I am thankful to feel deep gratefulness for all of the above. Lastly, I am thankful for the hopefulness that someday all will be well with this world, myself and all the people and things that surround me and all the beings on this beautiful planet in this vast universe.
Happy Thanksgiving, my friends. You are most special.

Well, might I add that my loving peachhead friends are some of the most special people in my world and for whom I am most grateful. We share something very, very special.
I count myself as especially lucky to have all of you. I have never in my life experienced the closeness, the warmth, the caring that I know I can count on from you.
I have been most especially blessed.

I'd say something like that but I'm feeling a bit too heteronormative right now

I'm thankful for the fantastic, loving people I have met through the great love of music that we all have in common. I'm thankful for the friends that I have, all who are like family to me. I'm greatful for the oppurtunities that I have been given, and thankful for the chance to making something out of them. I know there exists others less fortunate than me, and some that are more fortunate than I ever could be, but only in materialistic ways, because I have the gift of life, love, music, and happiness, and I am thankful for that.

For all of my family as wacky as they are.
For my friends that I have made on this site, all the wonderful names without faces who are true friends.
For the friends on this site who I have met, and have shared some special times listening to great music.
For a few friends from this site whom I have spent time with who are very special to me.

For my job, this great country of ours and for all the Freedoms we some times take for granted.

I am thankful for my crazy, insane family.
I would truly be lost without them..

My Job.. I hate it, but it pays the bills. It could be worse...

All my friends here..
Especially those I have met.
You guys make it all complete
Oh, and Susie too
