Only slide guitar played tune, like as Statesboro Blues, Done Somebody Wrong, was played in open E tuning by Duane.
Other tunes with his finger play was in regular tuning.

As MasahikoYamaura said, most of slide tunes are in open E (except "Dreams", "Please be with me" with Cowboy and maybe some more, I can't recall at the moment).

The slide songs with the ABB (and Please Be With Me was dobro slide in Open-E) Statesboro Blues, live versions of Trouble No More, live versions of Don't Keep Me Wonderin', Done Somebody Wrong and One Way Out were played in open-E. Little Martha was also in Open-E but with no slide. As mentioned, Dreams and Mountain Jam having some slide playing in standard tuning, as well as the studio version of Trouble No More, and alot of Duane's early session work.

I'm pretty sure Duane played the slide on Please Be With Me in Open-D tuning.

scarlet>fire, welcome! I don't have tuning info to add to what others have posted. I just wanted to say it's cool to see a screenname with a ">" in it!

Correct ! My experience, ear, & questions over the years have taught me that when playing acoustic, open-(or "dropped") D tuning is the tuning of choice (& Duane's). Also works for "Little Martha"...
Duane seemed to always go with Open-E when playing electric slide, 'cause solid-body electrics can stand way more string tension.
So, when playing acoustic slide, leave it tuned to Open-D; if you MUST have Open-E, just capo it on the second fret. 'Course, that's just a suggestion, there are no musts in finding your own style.
