I'm in, I think we've got 7 in our group. Left front, somewhere in the first 10 rows. Haven't looked at the tickets in a while. I can't wait! Saw them the last time they played FLPAC with Rusted Root in '95 and many Darien & NYS fair shows too. Gonna see them here and York, PA this year.

Still considering whether or not to attend. Waiting on word from my friend Marty whether or not he wants to go. I shall know by the end of the day. I've only seen one show at the FLPAC; Neil Young way back in I think '96. Great show and great venue. Maybe we'll see you there. By the way, what's the situation with tailgating these days at FLPAC? Last time, the local "fuzz" were a bit overbearing!

FLCC....home of FLPAC has a criminal justice program and all the students that work security tend to be how do you say.....gung ho rednecks.....just play it cool...if you're drinking alcohol in the lot don't be waving it around.....be alert if you see them coming just cover everything up....don't draw attention to yourself.....as for other activities be discrete

Wow, thanks Verno. I didn't realize the connection with the college Criminal Justice program. That explains the crap from the last time I went to FLPAC. I'll certainly take your advice and be low-key....Thanks again!

Well, I took took the plung and purchased some tickets for the FLPAC show. Bought two from a fellow member of our community who couldn't attend. I'm not sure I can find anyone to go with me so I may have an extra ticket.....Either way, I'm hoping for a stellar show!

Vern-oh-

I didn't know about that connection either. I know the sheriff patrols the parking lot as well, and found out the hard way that they don't allow cookouts.

Chain -

I saw that Neil Young show too, it was awesome. Had Jewel opening (& yodeling!) and another band that escapes me at the moment. After the show, everyone was near the stage hoping the roadies would toss stuff out to us. Y'know, screaming out "setlist!" or "drum stick". My friend Dave yells out "ham sandwich!" and got the roadies laughing. Then we tried "drum head!" and got 2!! Funny.

I hope Susan T comes out for a while like she has done a few times this year. Haven't seen this happen at an ABB show yet, it would be cool.

See you tomorrow!
-Andy

I forgot about Jewel.....That was a great show, wasn't it? The only drawback about the whole experience was the overzealous "security" in the parking lot....SmatterMonnat just confirmed he will be attending with me tomorrow. Hoepfully we can tailgait a bit without being to paranoid.

Say Vern-ho, anything special in that Green tea? Just curious. I can't get to out of hand as I've got to drive 2.5 hours after the show. I just noticed the setlist from las night's show. Can anyone say "Egypt?" Love to see it. Also, am I the only one tired of "Soulshine?" Great tune, but just tired of hearing it.......

I'm one member of the "skeleton" crew manning the shop today and all I can think about is tonight's show.......Not much to do here and I'm bored out of mind. It's going to be a long day.

Vern-oh-

Afghan Whigs! I remember now. I remember "Like A Hurricane" because he had the pump organ on stage. He used it on Like A Hurricane on the Unplugged CD a few years before and I was hoping he wouldn't do that version. He never touched the pump organ at FL!

I'll look for you tonight! 10 and a half hours....
