Are there anymore videos of Duane out there? I have the Fillmore and Love Valley, plus some other clips thanks to my man Denza, dude you did a fantastic job on that DVD
Back in the early nineties I had a taper connection tell me there was some guy in Macon that supposedly had a full show on tape, but wouldn't come off of it.
Just wondering???

I think that's all that's in the "public domain" right now. You'd think someone would have shot some film but no one, at the time, knew what a phenomena the early Allman Brothers Band would turn out to be.
Not to mention the fact that this was way, way before the average Joe had a home video camera.
I wouldn't be surprised, however, if somewhere there's someone who videotaped the closing of Fillmore East. Bill Graham suffered a major fire in his office at one point and lost lots of memorabilia and just paperwork that would be invaluable to collectors today. So, what could have been might have gone up in smoke!
I've only recently seen the videos that do exist and they've been a very special treat. While I've never stopped listening to the old records, seeing the original band play is a wonderful experience. The first time I saw any of it I thought "Now THAT'S the band I fell in love with!" It reminded me just how spectacular they were. The various lineups for the band have been ok, good and great but the original 6 - nothing in the world like them. Nothing.

dangitat, you need to write to Denza here on this site. I have had the Fillmore and Love Valley shows for a long time, but he has a little more. Worth the effort.

Hi, dangitar,

If you can not wait to get Denza's DVD or my another DVD project on vine thread, you can download Fillmore footage from following URL.

I hope you will enjoy it!
