- From their highly acclaimed 2004 Summer run, the Allman Brothers Band presents 23 shows from what critics, fans, and band members all are calling the best extended run that the ABB may have ever had.

- Special packaging, from all 23 shows in a cool "road case" box set package, to the "Fox Box" of the 3 sizzling shows in Atlanta, to Tour Mystic Kirk West's own "West's Best," (which is six killer shows for the price of 5) there is something here for everyone.

Hello JNB,

You and your staff must be very busy right now but i hope you can answer the
following question(s):

How will the shipment and handling be calculated for overseas orders?
By the number of discs purchased?
By the weight of the package?
Or the price of the purchase? ( > $ 50,00 & < $ 100,00 = $ ?,00 for S&H ).

i ask this because i want to buy the West's Best sixpack and i'm wondering what the total
price will be.

(In some cases it's possible that buying another show will not increase
the price of shipment & handling so it's tempting to get more shows ha-ha )

Thanks in advance & Eat A Peach

Hi ABBDutchfan!

Thank you for your (future) order!

We still are experiencing server problems and we will let you know when it is cleared up...

Your least expensive shipping method will be by the "CD only" pricing. This is based on the number of disc you purchase. This year we have changed it so that one Instant Live perofrmance (that has 3 disc) will only count as one CD. Look at the international shipping page on our website check out to get your cost.

Well, i just ordered the West's Best six-pack

I guess the 23 cd box set would be cool but i have no plans to become
the first Dutch "Online Shopping" related Homicide statistic !!!

Well this sixpack (well i always dig sixpacks anyway !) is just perfect for me.
While drooling over the setlists of these 23 shows the
08/21/04 Tweeter (Mansfield)
08/24/04 Jones Beach (Wantaugh NY)
and
10/10/04 show featuring "The Sky is Crying"
immediately were on top of my list so the West's Best sixpack is the way to go !!!!!!

Happy Happy Joy Joy

Regarding server problems on the HTN website - it looks like we crashed between 4:00PM Saturday afternoon and 2:00PM Sunday afternoon.

We will find out tomorrow if we can extract the data (orders) that came in during that time. If not we will let ya'll know...

Thanks for the wonderful response to the ABB 2004 Instant Lives!!!

JNB

Joe,
Do you think the orders PRIOR to the system crashing are still intact? Just checking.....

Hey JNB,

I placed two seperate orders (Fox Box and then a separate one for the Fox Box and West's Best) on Saturday night/Early Sunday morning. I don't remember the exact time but it was somewhere between 11PM and 12:30AM EST. I got through the online payment process and got to the "Thank You" order completion page both times. But I was never given an order number at all and I have not received a confimation email for either of the orders.

Please post as soon as you know in general if these Sat/Sun orders went through. If the orders were not retained, I'd like to, and I'm sure we would all like to, re-order as soon as possible if needed.

As far as my specific orders, I can PM you my contact info and payment stuff if this will help at all.

Great packages!! And terrific for Christmas presents too! Very excited about this!! WHEW HOOO!!!

All good things in life are worth the wait

Thanks for your help and all the great tunes I've gotten from HTN over the years.

The orders before the crash were fine. If you didn't get an e-mail confirmation then there may be a problem. You are welcome to PM me with your order details. We will know more tomorrow...

We try our best to get things right before we launch these offerings but some things are out of our control - like servers crashing because so many folks are trying to order. If I could have fixed it myself I would have - but we were dependent on others to do that.

We are really excited about offering these shows - they were the soundtrack to the best ABB summer I ever had!

JNB

Thanks to everyone at HTN for all the work that went into this! I, for one, am grateful - albeit a little lighter in the checkbook...heh

Mom "we can't afford it.....oh and we got a cool road case and everything"

Kidz "there's a 4-wheeler on sale for $500.00, used but it's okay"

Mom " I said we can't afford it...nooooo don't look at the invoice, give it back" *kidz & mom fighting over the invoice*

Kidz "Daaaaad...wait till you see this"

Wow, that's good news, Lana. Thanks for the info! Would love to own all of them of course. Placed my order for Fox 9/26 and Raleigh 10/1. A future order for Kirk's picks may be next. I own 6 IL's from last year and 1 from this year and they all get a lot of play in my house and car. I'm sure you first-timer's won't be disappointed. Can't wait to receive them. Are any of you all buying all of them?

I went for the whole package.I realize there will be alot of overlapping in songs and similiar set lists, but I'm a sucker for packages like this. I always feel like I'd complain later that I didn't get one or two or seven.
I didn't even bother to check set lists,I just took a deep breath and clicked my mouse a few times.

We have all been pleasantly surprised by how many people are going for the complete set! A lot of time and effort has been spent making the package extra special, and the bonus goodies are cool too. Keep those orders a-comin', operators are standing by

Sandman,
Ya know what I mean, I do realize some are unique, but 23 shows allows for a bit of overlapping on some of the "standards"

but who's complaining !

NOT ME , send me my 23 !

is anyone able to recommend a show with the jazziest version of Desdemona? I really like how Derek interacts with the drummers when they play with a jazz feel
