https://www.mixcloud.com/TheAudiovore/kudzu-king-an-evening-w-mark-harrelso n-from-boutwell-studios-kudzu-productions/

Web site is a bit tricky to maneuver. Controls are at very bottom. First 5 minutes or so are audio of Bham band from aways back. Then the interview starts. I haven't made it all the way through but listened to about 20 minutes yesterday. Mark on Gregg Allman, Wet Willie, Bobby Whitlock, Capricorn, and some other topics.

Thanks for the post, Jamie!

Mark Harrelson is such a treasure to Birmingham! Moonlight on the Mountain was always my favorite venue (except for YOUR living room! ). Some of Duane's earliest demos were recorded in Birmingham at Boutwell Studios.
Great interview! I plan to spend some in-depth time with this later.

Technically & officially, Rusty, Mark's brother Keith is the Moonlight on the Mountain guy.

Mark owns Boutwell Studios in Homewood, super nice guy, he was at the Jack show way back when, too.

BTW - I got an email from JP a week or so ago asking if we still did house concerts. So I'm trying to work out a repeat performance!

I always get the two names confused! Regardless - great interview program!

And if you get Jackie P back at your house ... remember your true friends who love you the most!
