I thought other people on here might be interested in seeing this website. Looks like they need donations to try to convert Owsley's concert tapes to digital before they deteriorate. Hopefully, a lot of these shows will be released at some point if they get them salvaged. Anyway, you can read all about it at the following link:

I assume the ABB Fillmore East February 1970 CD that was released by Grateful Dead Records in the 1990s was an Owsley Stanley tape. Surely, there are other ABB shows in his archive.

Well thanks for posting this. Many folks today feel guilty for all the FREE MUSIC that we enjoy, whether it is on youtube, live streaming or through vines of live concert tapes. It's always nice to find a worthy cause that is trying to protect and release a great music archive. Thanks

Very worthy. Thanks for the alert. Just donated 25 bucks. 25 just seemed like the right number somehow

The above link is good, but this one takes you to the page that describes Bear's sonic journals and other achievements, same site:

A few years back I emailed Bear through his website.
I asked him about the Allman Brothers tapes that Grateful Dead Productions released.
I believe it was February 1970?
I was surprised when Bear responded.
He said he would release everything with one condition.
No editing.
No remixing.
Just the music pure and original as he recorded it.
The whole concert from beginning to the end.
