Don't Want You No More > It's Not My Cross to Bear
or
Statesboro Blues (always love that opener)!
or
Layla?
or
A new surprise opener this year?

O.K., so I can't make single guess....what is everyone else thinking?

Beacon can't get here soon enough!

Five bucks on Stateboro Blues, Five on Whipping Post, Ten on Blue Sky, can I bet the trifecta?

Oooh...I can't stand it. The pressure!! I can't even think about it. As long as it's not Midnight Rider, I'm fine with whatever they choose. Revival always seems to be a light, happy beginning to get folks walking in the theatre from the bar in a light, happy mood with heads a boppin' and faces smiling.

Then they can bring out the big guns!

True Gravity. How good would that bassline be to start off the whole run?

The last few years the walk on music has been the theme from
the sopranos.

My favorite opener is "Revival"

"People can you feel it? "

Peace
John

They did Revival as an opener last year at one of the Beacon shows I attended. 3-17 or 3-18. Also got one on 7-29 in Chicago. I like that one myself.

Actually Lee, 7/29 was the You Don't Love Me opener when they then proceed to kick the sh!t out every single person in the Theatre for the next 2.5 hours w/ the Dream WP>Mtn Jam finishing touch.

7/30 was the Revival.

Josh don't pick on Lee. He sometimes has trouble remembering which shows he left early from!

I think Sang may have been buying that night. And I'm gonna guess Lee has a problem hanging w/ the Sang man!

At least he'll make the effort, a lot to be said for that!

it makes for a good encore too!

It is just good anywhere.
