Ive been seeing the Allmans at the Beacon since they began playing there, and a few before then as well. This may be the greatest Dreams IVE ever seen. Ironically, it was at the United Palace Theater. just my opinion.

Agreed.
LL - thanks for all you do. The high quality YT's are grately appreciated. I have enjoyed the horn guest spots on dreams. Maurice Brown put a haunting tone on it last year. The Dt one night, WH next night dreams were also interesting. Fox run comes to mind.

I was at that show - it was amazing. But not sure that the next night Bill Evans didn't do it one better

Best "Dreams" I have seen was at the Garden State Arts Center on a cool misty night -- August 16, 1992. May be my favorite show of all time of the 66 I have attended.

Yep. Stub hub rectified a mistake at their end by putting us in the third row right in front of Bill Evans that night. Great Liz Reed and Dreams with Evans. Best 'you don't love me" encore I have heard live. A very nice Blue Sky (no vocals) sandwiched by little martha to start the second set when they were just starting to bring Blue Sky back into rotation and the first 5 songs were a perfect start to that damn concert. One other best - No one to run with - 12 minutes of perfection. Best all round ABB concert CD I have.

That's funny -- I was about 5 rows behind you. Won my tickets from WNEW.
