there's a parking lot literally right across the road from the stage door.........

on 75th street between broadway and amsterdam...

since ive never driven in, i cant attest to prices...

also, from the beacon's website, here's some more places...

Times like these make me appreciate that I can walk to these shows from home
Try a website like iconparking.com and print out a coupon to park. The savings is usually substantial.

Do not park right by the theater; costs are nuts and it will take for ever to get your car out.

Use this website for coupons/rates. Walking a few blocks can save a tom

Also; there is street parking (one or two hrs) that usually ends at 7/8. If you catch that an hr or two before the show and feed the meter up to the point that there is no more meter parking that is the true happy ending

ive been driving there since 96. what you need to do is get there one hour early and just drive around up and down the streets till you find a spot, even if its 5 blocks away. or you wait on a street double parked till you see someone pull out. and thats how its done.

I can't remember what time alternate side parking ends but get there a half hour before that, wait in your car and you can park for free

I'm all for going with the street parking route. Park on the cross streets, no worries about alternate side parking in the evening.

Take a spin through the high 70's / low 80s, should be able to find a spot in no time w/ a short stroll to the beacon & save yourself a bunch of cash, no wait to get your car out, & have a great night

Weeknights, if you are there around 5 or 6, check any of the 70's East of Broadway, up to Central Park. You'll find a spot, it's absolutely safe after the show. The first few spots west of Broadway may be metered, but if you get a spot at six (check the signs to be sure), you only have to feed the meter for an hour, then you are good for the night.

... and if you are REALLY lucky (and they don't have the spots roped off for the band and crew), you can park on 75th and Broadway, feed the meter and walk around the corner to your car after the show.

There are one or two parking garages on W 77th between Amsterdam and Broadway (2 blocks from Beacon) that sometimes use when staying at NYLO (old On The Ave). 77th is one way heading toward the river so you must approach from Amsterdam.

I would avoid the garages in the immediate vicinity of the Beacon unless you don't mind paying around $50.

Do NOT park in the lot across from the stage entrance--it will take you quite awhile before you get your car...Arrive an hour early--hit the high 70's on the side streets--be patient--you WILL find a spot...has never failed in 15 years

I live in the area, and can offer this sage piece of advice: AVOID at all cost the garages in the immediate Beacon vicinity - they are way over-priced and it takes forever to get your ride after the show.

If you drive a few blocks north (high 70's, low 80's) there is plenty of free street parking beginning at 7:00 on metered streets, and all day on some of the side streets. Patience will be rewarded with a free spot a few minutes walk from the show, and you'll be able to make a quick getaway.

Oh, and if you are looking for the best pre show bar in the 'hood - Blondies on 79th between Bway and Amsterdam. Cold beer at a reasonable price, fantastic wings, great jukebox music, and a very cool vibe.

I never pay for parking when I go to the Beacon. Always find something on the street. It may take you longer sometimes than others, but there's always a spot.
