I can't believe the Final Beacon Run is going out with so little fanfare.

Why do you say there is little fanfare? Do you mean in the NYC press?

I'm hoping for some great in house reporting tonight for all of us on the outside.

USA Today, Wall Street Journal, ABC News Radio, Forbes, NY Daily News, NY Times...all over social media. This is getting as much press any Beacon Run I can ever remember.

By little fanfare I mean - no Moogis and no audio stream.

In addition to all the Moogis years, TaperRob did several runs of audio stream.

This is The Lasy Run!

Wish there were some sort audio/video feed or whatever for those of us who can't make it.
Maybe I'm being greedy, but doesn't seem like it would be that difficult. ... After so many decades of seeing Beacon runs, it's tough not to participate in any way for The End.

If someone can stream, sure would appreciate it.

Ramble over for now

... Ok, I lied: ramble cont'd-

Considering this is The Allman Brothers Band's Last Run at the Beacon Theatre Ever, I do consider it to be very little fan fare to not have any sort of audio or video feed even of only for one night. There are literally millions of ABB fans and probably even more ABB At The Beacon Theatre fans. This run of shows is known, discussed and felt across the country. Sell a feed, allow a free feed whatever, Recognize The Occasion! Similar to the fact that the band STILL has not released a statement regarding Warren & Derek leaving, not even a "thanks guys", I'm a bit shocked at the band's apparent complete disinterest in The Last Beacon Run beyond that of a routine March.

The ABB at the Beacon is one of the most famous landmarks in rock at this point and it's closing down, so yeah, I think there ought to be a little more fanfare.

And I think someone should buy me a plane ticket, hotel room and a loge seat!

Are you suggesting the ABB missed an opportunity to promote the band and/or make their fans happy and/or maybe make some money in the process?

That is just crazy talk, and I'm not going to sit here and listen to such slander

I would love to see and hear this legendary run, but I am fine with pictures and set lists. I have heard these songs many times. I can hear them being played by just looking at set lists. I do miss the Moogis 2009 shows...they were so much fun

There is no video stream because they are professionally recording these shows.
