Scott seems like a nice guy and talented musician,I have talked to him through E-mail a couple of times and he said he was hoping to record music with Gregg. I read an interview recently where he said Gregg has sang a demo version of one of his songs called endless road and hopes someday it will be released. Gregg has been singing the song love like kerosene at his shows and that has sounded great.

Love Like Kerosene was great when I saw GAF do it last year. If they write songs like that together it will be a great album.

So I'm assuming the title of the album won't be "All Songs By" ... as Gregg initially said. Just hope it's better than "Low Country Blues" which wouldn't be hard. Love to see him dump T-Bone Burnett and get Johnny Sandlin or Rodney Mills back at the helm.

According to Gregg - so take this with as much or little salt as you like - he's working on an album with Don Was right now and will do the All Compositions By thing afterward. Whatever he's doing and whoever he's doing it with, if he's writing, that's great and I look forward to seeing it if and when it happens.

What type of feel does the song have? Blues, soul, jazz, rock etc...?

Heavy-ish, fast pace blues. Gregg plays rhythm guitar on this one.

"Love Like Kerosene" is a keeper. If a new GA studio or live cd ever sees the light of day i hope that song is on it!
