Wonder if they'll do a special poster/print for the 3/26 show like they did in 2009! handed out as you left the theatre. Nice touch and s'posedly not for sale. have mine framed with ticket from that night in the matting! Nice addition to the music room wall!

This poster is making the rounds. Don't know if it's the real deal.

If true, guessing this is not Wood. This is pretty much what's printed on the venue tickets

The design posted here is very pretty, I wouldn't be sad if this is the official version.

Out with the old in with the new as they say, Jeff Wood continues to do amazing posters with Widespread Panic.

Widespread Panic commiissions the best poster artists for their shows and recently printed a hardcover book with all known posters. A recent 2009 Panic poster by Chuck Sperry recently went for $2000.!

I have been picking up most of the Beacon Posters over the years. Last years was a pass as it was way too boring and simplistic. Maybe some folks liked it, but is was lacking in style for my taste. I hope this year's is something nice. Would have liked another Jeff Wood.

You would have thought of all years to have an amazing Jeff Wood poster it would have been this year.

It's strange that his best Allman poster for March was for the United Palace run. That is one incredible poster. And mine looks very nice framed.

Talked to JB last March till I was blue in the face, I told him ABB fans will pay for quality . We'll know soon enough, I for one won't be opening my wallet for anything that resembles last year's poster.

It certainly wouldn't be out of character for the ABB's business wing to low-ball somebody on money, but as far back as 5 years ago, Jeff was talking to me about cutting down on concert posters and focusing on his other artwork.

I'd imagine the truth here is a combination of the two. Jeff doesn't want to do as many posters, it takes top dollar to lure him out of "retirement," and the ABB isn't willing to pay him enough for it to be worth his time.

It is a shame, as Jeff is an absolute genius and a true artist, plus a really cool guy.

HTN does not make the poster decision and we try to pass on fan input as much as we can.
We will carry all the new 2014 Beacon merch and those items will be up on the site on Saturday, March 8th. You can see the new poster then as well.

I'm sure the poster commemorating the ABB's 45th Anniversary will be the best yet! Why wouldn't the ABB want the best artist possible to document this historic event?

Oh, by the way check out Jeff Wood's latest poster for Widespread Panic's shows in The Domenican Republic next week: http://expressobeans.com/public/detail.php/186744
