Congratulations to all who managed to get tickets via the general or pre sale. I tried several dates - several price ranges. The only availability MIGHT be the $700 Uber Fan seats. Last tour or not, I've just seen this amazing band too many times to plunk down that kind of coin - especially when considering additional costs of airfare, hotel and meals.

Y'all enjoy what I am absolutely positive will be a fantastic run of shows!

One more thing: SCALPERS - EAT PAPER!

Looking right now. Have seen them countless times but never at the Beacon and it has been on the bucket list so now or never I suppost.

There are tickets for the last night 3/22: Front Row $750, Gold $500 and Silver $250
Yikes! At those prices I may never move them off the bucket list

I've been buying ABB tickets for Beacon shows since 03 now and that was definitely the toughest general onsale I've ever encountered.

I got in late on the AMX presale and was able to get 3/22 there and I got Chase preferred seating option for back of Loge for 3/21. If it were not for that Chase option I was coming up with nothing over and over again. Haven't used my Chase card in a while, glad I never canceled it though keeping it just paid off!

I feel fortunate and thrilled to be able to get tickets to two shows.

Have a hunch that tells me that they will be adding on a week with 3/29 being the last show.

Got Orch row J for the 15th, still trying to get tix for the 14th, previous experiences tell me to keep trying, and if not I'll wait until they stop selling the packages (someday in February), some of those seats end up opening when the gold/silver BS goes unsold

Laura and I trying. Nothing. Put in gold for giggles and not even anything. However, I would not pay $500. Totally insane!

I've been searching all options for 3/21 and 3/22 including the front row, gold and silver, they all came up sold out. Based on what I saw even those tickets are not available.

My decision to buy stubhub seats right behind the soundboard at 210 each last night for 3/22 is looking like one of my better financial decisions. Market way up. I wish I knew as much about stocks as I do about tickets

Wish I'd taken the two lower balcony tickets I could have gotten on the fan presale for the 22nd. Not ideal seats, but at least would have been in the house. Like many others here, came up with nothing but the 3 expensive options for the 22nd.

Thanks to the pre-sale I'm in for the 19th and 21st.

Keep trying, after 45 minutes I pulled up Lower Balcony row b for the 14th. Depending on when I fly to NY I might try to make it the 12th as well, but can't complain, what a weekend it will be! and without selling my soul to the scalpers

I couldn't even get single tickets for most nights, finally landed Row A lower balc for Friday the 14th. Very happy with that seat!

Tried for a pair, I got a single seat Orch W aisle. It was the chase preferred seating. Saw several singles in all levels.

Used to be that the AMEX presales were limited (and I say this as one who benefits from it) but it seems now that you basically get a chance to buy the house out with presales. Corporate sponsorship is fine but there should be some seats for general sale

I would laughed my ass off if you had 17 as the odds are extremely low that could have happened considering the size of the marauding horde out there attempting to get tickets.

I don't buy CDs if I can help it anymore, so I was going to wait to pick up the Play All Night album on itunes or amazon when it came out in February. Even when they tried to force us to get it at HTN via the presale, I decided it could wait and I'd get tickets during the general sale (no offense to HTN, I just don't buy cds anymore and get free shipping on amazon).

But when I read the big news on Wednesday night about Derek and Warren departing, I immediately bought the album at HTN so I could get presale tickets. Even then, there weren't many seats available, but I managed to get LWR Balcony for the 21st. All of the packages, I don't really understand - I never recall seeing so many expensive packages before.

I understand the album tie-in was intended to limit scalpers, but I feel like my hand was forced a bit. I guess no harm, I got tickets to Friday night show late in the run and I am going to get an album I was going to buy anyways, but no one likes their hand forced. Still pumped for the show, I would like to get to another one, but the prices too damn high - and will probably only get higher now that this may be the last Beacon run ever. It will be like getting tickets to old Yankee stadium in August 2008.

Well, I consider myself more of a true, die hard Allman Brothers fan than a hypocrite - yet, I am a hypocrite nontheless. At the urging of a very dear friend (another die-hard fan), I bit the stub-hub bullet.
For under $200 per ticket, I snagged two seats up in the balcony.

I expect to be seated between a mountain goat and a perching bald eagle, but I'l be in the building for the 3/22 show. I'm hoping to make the HTN party as well. For this price, I can only afford the one show this year. With the money that I don't spend (unless somebody has a face price offer for the 3/21 show) I'll see museums and other NYC stuff.

Looking forward to seeing/meeting as many of y'all as I can in NYC!

I've never tried this, but what do the scalpers do outside once the show starts? I would think they will unload whatever they have for whatever they can. If nothing turns up for you sooner I'd definitely be mingling around outside Friday night and something might work out for you. If the option is not going at all or missing 10-15 minutes of the show for a discounted ticket the choice is obvious.

Let's see what stub-hub and the scalper monsters produce. This is nuts.
