This guy is coming to my hometown next month. I think he played at the Jam for the Cure at Beacon 2007. Maybe maybe not. Anyway, tonight after work I youtube him, but if anyone could add some 411 that be great. Interesting this tiny place no cover charges, great room. This be good add to my 2013 "year of the small venue tour", as I have been only seeing bands in small places.

Saw him open for Mountain a couple times in Ridgefield a few years back. Enjoyed his gigs. He's also a real nice guy, hangs around after his shows and will talk as long as you want. Check him out.

good player... I know he opened for DB & GS numerous times years ago...

I think he might have also spent some time in Cheryl Crow's band

Thanks for the info. I remember him being at the Jam for Bill Ector. Guy has some chops. He is going to torch this room. Lefty, I do my best to show support, like I said, this is the year of the small venue. I am enjoying every show so far. I am going to be in Rhode Island the night before for Royal, gotta pace myself, but I find a way.

Leslie West calls him his favorite guitar player after himself.
Great player, does a lot of Clapton covers in his show.Plays mostly small venues with no cover.
I went to see Todd at Dinasaur BBQ before Leslie got his amputation and Leslie joined him. Definitely go see him!

I met him when he opened for DB & GS and then a few years ago I interviewed him for American Blues News. He's a really gritty, bluesy player. Comes up with some cool riffs. He occasionally plays this cheap ass Chinese made resonator electric guitar that somehow sounds awesome. he plays it on his song "Heaven" which is what drew me in when I saw him with Dickey. Dangerous Dan sat in with Todd at that show. It was at the Staircase Lounge in Pittston, PA.

Either the recent "Todd Wolfe Band Live" or the older "Why Thank You Very Much" live album will give you a good idea what he's all about. if you like Cream, Mountain, Gov't Mule you'll probably like Todd Wolfe. Definitely go see him.

And now, a shameless plug. Here's the interview if you're interested

Also, you might see "Black Hearted Woman" listed on one of his albums but it is not the ABB song.
