They've added Ryan Bingham to this leg of the tour, along with Wilco and My Morning Jacket. That seals it for me, gonna have to go to this. Saw Bingham at High Sierra Festival last summer, he blew me away. They'll be at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View on Sunday 8/4.

Here's a little Ryan Bingham for ya:

Saw Ryan Bingham on Austin City Limits about 4 years ago. Been a fan ever since.

Sir Bob with with WILCO, My Morning Jacket, and Ryan Bingham. That's one hell of a cool ticket to get your hands on. Really dig Ryan Bingham myself too. Saw him supporting Neil Young a few years ago. Is'nt Duke Robbilard the new guitar player in Bob Dylan's band?

As someone on this website reported recently, that would be correct. I was dissapointed to hear that Charlie Sexton had left, but I'm also interested to hear what new direction Dylan has taken with Robillard. I've never heard Robillard play. I wonder if Sexton left because of road burnout. I know he'd been back in Dylan's band for five years or more, and they don't call it the "endless tour" for nothing. How Dylan does it I have no idea. I think Bob has resigned himself to the fact that his life is bringing his genius to the masses.

Every time I see Bob I make the same comment as when my wife drags me to see Shakespeare:

"I liked that; maybe next time they'll do it in English"

Have a good tour Sir "Bobness"
