I am amazed at how Brothers fans will travel to the extent to see the Beacon run. Rob and Rob drove the 3 hours back to Mass after last nights show and will return this week, and Nina, flies back to Vegas and returns again on thurs. I guess its kinda like A Dead tour, only as we have gotten older, they are fortunate enough that as the Brothers have for years in March, stay in one place, and the people come to them for their fill.

From Brazil, Vegas, Chicago, AK, NC, Indy, just about the whole State of Cleveland, to Flying ones own personal plane down from the Adirondacks to see an otherwise most incredible group of Brothers, this Band, who worth the trip is downright Blues/Rock as Blues and Rock can get! You are all in for a treat! Tell all you know, and Don't Waste No More Time, No More!

Flying in from Portland, Or on March 6th. I will be at the 8th and 9th shows. Last year it was my wife and I, first time together in NYC and first time Beacon run for me, went to the 1st two shows. It was a dream to go.

This year, I'm pulling my 3 daughters out of school, they'll go with my wife to two Broadway shows. My 23 year old son, who works and lives in Philly, is meeting us in NYC, and as a graduation gift to my son, I'm taking him to shows on the 9th and 10th, one of those is 5th row "Gold package" with cocktail reception.

I`m coming from Delaware, and my brother, son-in-law, and a good friend are flying in from St Louis. Stay at the Milburn, and go to Amsterdam Bar. We are going to the 5th and 6th this year trying the weekday shows this time, and look forward to next year. this will be our fourth year.

I'm flying in from Hawaii, that's 5,000 miles (one way). Attending the March 9th, 13th, 15th and 16th shows.
Been a fan since seeing the ABB live for the first time in 1972 and I've been attending the Beacon shows for the last 10 years. Guess I'd fly 10,000 miles if I had to.

Jeez, compared to some of you, I'll be on a puddlejumper from Atlanta Thurs.

My 4th ABB-NYC trip in 7 yrs. And they did not play there in '08.

over the past 15 years, i've met fans from eastern europe, scandinavia, japan & new zealand, among many other far flung locales. folks literally fly around the world to be Peakin' at the Beacon. the last 4 shows will be my... let's see... 17th trip to NYC to see the Brothers, starting in 1998. 16 times at the Beacon, once at the UPC. 52 shows overall, next Beacon show will be my 50th. in recognition thereof, Ticketmaster sold me a really really fine seat (OK, I got lucky as hell).

i'm just flyin' up from Charlotte though, that's easy.

hey - see y'all there!

At 5 pm Saturday night, we were at McSorley's treating my just turned 21 year old to the scene there and standing right next to us were two guys in from Rochester for the shows. When we went from there to a bar behind the Beacon we ran into fans who had come from Colorado.
