Finally decided to crawl out from under mi rock. It's been two weeks now and honestly haven't missed it. Had to get a lot of ducks in the row, and they are coming along fine. Not too much of an adjustment since I would work from home a lot or take days off when the kids were off.

The bank set me up with a job service for 3 months that includes career advice, resume building interview techniques and all that fun stuff. Meet with them in two weeks. Yesterday was my official termination date, so I have to look into unemployment with the state now. Still seeing if it is with or PA. Fun fun fun. after working with computers everyday, really didn't want to be around any recently.

Been listening to a lot of music, streaming some new stuff, Hendrix - eh, Clapton - not too bad, Son Volt was frickin excellent. Going to the gym almost daily right after Connor leaves, so I am keeping busy. The mrs is loving the fact dinner is cooked and the cleaning and food shopping is getting done, although she's still pissed at some impulse buys. Still forbidden from doing the laundry but that won't last long. Gotta say with time, I am enjoying cooking.

Have to figure out if I want to continue in IT now or something else. Entertained writing erotic horror fiction which isn't that "hard" to do, but can't really write a good steamy zombie love fest . Can't make it work for some reason. Plus the genre is pretty flooded these days. who knows ...

Another beacon run and from what I have seen I am glad I haven't been following it. Bit burned out with Warren these days, which is why I have been listening to anything but. I did check the youtubes of the so called "new" stuff. Meh.

Hope everyone else is good and will check back sooner next time. And keep on slacking!
