Hey! Did anyone see the new YES documentary in the theatre with the live acoustic performance? Just curious. I went tonight and I was really really excited by the acoustic performance. There were certain things that really struck me about this lineup of YES, that reminded me of the current lineup in the ABB. Just how the musicians related on stage and how it was down to really making great music to the best of the capabilites of the people on stage.

Here in L.A., Jim Ladd does a radio show every night from 10p - 2a ... He has a segment called Jim Ladd's living room where bands come in and play informally and talk between songs .... I think Yes is his guest tomorrow night ... It is broadcast on 95.5 FM in Los Angeles and might be available on the internet if you want to check it out ....

I was hoping to go, but didn't make it. What is the current line-up, btw?

Hey, thanks! That's very cool Dino. I will look into.

The current lineup is Jon Anderson, Steve Howe, Chris Squire, Rick Wakeman, Alan White. So it's a bit of a different situation from the ABB, because this is more of a "classic" 70's lineup.

Hey guys...are there still rumors of YES touring with the Dead this summer? I know they were talking about for a while. I didn't know if there was still talk around the campfire?

If you're in SF Valley (that's So Calif) and you like YES then go to SHERMAN OAKS Tower and buy the new ULTIMATE YES 3 cd set. This will get you a wristband for tomorrow night's acoustic performance by the "YES Classic lineup".
