Has anyone else had a similar situation, or am I the one guy out of a thousand... ?

It has happened to me also. Plus back in the vinyl days, i bought a few albums that when I opened it had the wrong album inside. I remember once I think it was a Uriah Heep album and when I put it on it was Engelbert Humperdink. Talk about think the band had gone in a new direction.

Sorry you got screwed though as it probably caused instant withdrawl.

I just got mine and for a minute I thought the same thing happened but both discs were there. The booklet had shifted in the case and was hiding the disc. Check carefully because the packaging really sucks and the discs and booklet slide all over the place. It may be in there hiding.

I took it from the mailbox, opened it...got in the car and popped in disc 1, got back home, popped it out...then couldnt find disc 2. tore the car apart thinkin it might have just fallen out...but I think I got hosed. Oh well, I'm sure hittin the note will treat me right. I may ask for an autographed one next time...

A friends parents bought Sinatra (?) and got the Fuggs instead. The LP even had the Sinatra (?) label on it.

Many years ago i bought a Stevie Nicks CD-single. Even the CD itself had the Stevie Nicks
label info on it but when i played it it contained music from the popular Swedish pop band
Roxette. Back then i really disliked Roxette but never returned the single. Was a cheapo from a second hand store anyway. A misprint like that must be a rarity.

In 1971 a buddy of mine had a Savoy Brown LP on the turntable. As I was taking it off, I noticed right under the London logo on the label it said Tom Jones. I thought this was pretty funny and brought it to my friend's attention. He was not as amused as I was and got a marker and proceeded to blacken out the whole label.

Back in the day, I bought the second Rossington - Collins Band album on vinyl.

Side 1 was OK, side 2 was a different band (can't remember who it was).

I probably should have kept it, but I was in school and money was tight.

Hi MuleBrother,

If you got the CD from us we will certainly replace it and send a return mailer to you so that we can get the bad one back for credit from Sony. Just PM me with your name and info if you want.

Cubchubby - did you order from us as well? We typically fold the t-shirt around the CD.
Just let me know via PM if you want.

Thanks,

JNB

I bought a cassette of Weird Al Yankovic's In 3-D and it had Aerosmith's Get Your Wings in it. If I only knew that a year or so later I'd be into old Aerosmith I might have kept it! But then I would have missed all the fun of "Nature Trail To Hell," "That Boy Could Dance" and "Polkas On 45"

Bought a Dusty Springfield greatest hits package that contained Neil Young's "Harvest." Think I kept it. Must of been when "Pulp Fiction" came out, love "Son of a Preacher Man."
