Thanks Marley.

Good to see River's Gonna Rise in there. Somebody read Rusty's post about covering themselves!

I don't think I've ever seen them start a show with guests like that. Usually you'll see at least three songs with just the band, mostly classics with Gregg singing, unless they do an instrumental opener. I wonder if that means some surprises are coming.

This one isn't my cup of tea, but maybe the second set will suit me more?

I can really do without soulshine, melissa, and whipping post.

Thanks again for the updates, much appreciated.

Saw there was no update, so here's what I can recall from my "fuzzy" memory:

Set 2:
"Dear Mr. Presley"(??): Warren/Derek Acoustic + ??? old blues singer
Grinning Face: Warren and Ruthie Foster
(Unknown Blues Song): Warren/Derek/Ruthie/Susan
These Days : Warren and Gregg Acoustic
Blue Sky: whole band
The Weight: whole band/Susan/Ruthie/Juke Horns
Les Brers: whole band
E: Revival

It ain't as detailed as I'd like, but it's something......

I see the Almanac Singers (Woody Guthrie, Pete Seeger, etc.) did an album called Dear Mister President many years ago, and I can imagine Warren covering that one. No idea who the guest could've been, though.

Hi Marley,

I think the unknown blues tune in the 2nd set is by Ruthie Foster and called "Death Came A Knocking."

Thanks for the good work!

On Dear Mr. President, it sounded like Warren said his name was Lawrence, not sure if that's his first or second name.

Loved those Juke horns again.
