Always go the second Friday. Was on at noon; got smashed cause the passwork is case sensitive.

Kept throwing away tickets but finally got Orch K 14-16 (after 15 min) through AMEX. Would have prefered Orch like M-S at the next price level down - but I'll take it. Some X.Y.Z Orch came up but the sound muddled back there

good luck - and case sensitive

I always go for the midweek shows as I assume they are the least popular. TM was working really slow but I managed to get a pair for the two Wednesdays row O and row P though a bit off to the side. I can't complain.

I couldn't be happier with what I got ... NOTHING !
I looked for mid week shows , also assuming most people want the fri, sat, sun shows .
I looked for 2 ,3 and 4 tix ...... Best Available choice with fees in lower balc was $171 per .

I will happily take a stand once again and not give in to the corporate greed and stay home .

I looked back at some tix from the mid 2000's
06' row A one night and row J another $84.99/11.15 fee
05' row F one night and row R another night $74.10/10.66fee
04' row D one night and row DD another $74.99/10.40 fee
09 row R one night and row T another $100.99/14.95fee
just for $hits and giggles
1995 ( Radio City ) one night DD $50.00/no fee , another night row FF $50.00/ no fee

We're all adults , and we can all make choices right or wrong . I just refuse to dump good money into an overpriced ticket for my favorite band .

The prices are crazy. Metallica did their anniversary shows last month for $19.81 per ticket at the Fillmore in San Francisco. There's a band that respects their fan club.

Top five things I'd like with a Gold VIP ticket:
5. Warren's slide
4. Derek's Slide
3. Pick any song from any ABB album to be included in the set
2. 30 minutes playing time on Duane's Les Paul
1. Have Brian Farmer set up my guitars.

I'd pay the money for that. Otherwise, these old "hippies" can keep it.

I believe the sound board is around row O center. The sound is good there. To me the best seats are Orch M - T for second tier price

Thanks for awnsering, I's my first time going to the Beacon, another question, do they release a limited amount of tickets per day of the presale?
Because I've been trying for the last hour and no success for the 16th.

You're say I'm ragging on the situation , but every year I hear people say with a sigh , " I'm glad I'm in the building" and so on . Each year the fans are moved farther and farther back from the stage .
Now , I have made a decision or a stand , call it what you will . You do have a choice to take other means of transportation and not drive a car ..... train , bus or pedal .... You choose motorized transportation and therefore your decision is to pay for the gas .By the way , gas is $3.09 for unleaded by me : )

It's no different than buying from a scalper , in this case the scalper is Ticketmaster and to a degree the band .

I think they are all released in the morning (sometimes it takes a while to load) Keep trying, however, sometimes tickets get thrown back because of credit card issues. Sometimes the week of the show the package tickets get released at regular price

i threw back what was offered and will wait for the general sale and if
nothing there, i'll just keep checking back because they do release seats as the date
approaches.....have a room at the Beacon Hotel booked for opening weekend so i'll get
tickets on way or another...

Two Loge Row G tix for Friday March 16 cost a whopping
$171.94 each. Very surprised I thought the ceiling was around 150 apiece.
This is too much for me .
