OK, my wife got me the most recent Dead Weather disc and even better, the new package of The Who's Quadrophenia with a number of demos on it as bonus tracks. Most pleasing. This was a lean year so we did not go too crazy on gifts, and these came as a pleasant surprise.
Anyone get anything good?

Just a question - if that is the "definitive" history of Fleetwood Mac, why isn't Peter Green - and Danny Kirwan and Jeremy Spencer, for that matter - on the cover?

Just askin'.....

Well i guess blues and guitar affiniados like us would prefer the line-ups with those members the main focus but the book spends much more time chronicling the Rumours era Mac.

My Xmas presents to myself were:

Wes Montgomery's Bumpin
Johnnie Taylor's Chronicle: The 20 Greatest Hits
Dextor Gordon's One Flight Up
John Coltrane's The Complete Africa/Brass Sessions
Devon Allman's Space Age Blues

Fortunately, next week Strat Jr. goes back to school so I'll have the house to myself during the day and can spin them at my leisure. Can't wait! Cheers!
