I know ABB is pretty much a part time band now, and the respective members are more interested in recording new music with their respective solo bands. I also understand that the "Archival Series" has been discontinued, but it's last release was Boston Common, and that was in 2007. It sure would be nice to see some kind of new music from ABB in 2012. A random live show, or maybe even a live compilation focusing on the best of the 90s or something, just something. I'm throwing ideas out there. Any thoughts??

They're putting out the 3/26/09 anniversary show. They also signed a distribution deal so hopefully some more stuff will come out.

LOL, I had been away from my computer for a few minutes and didn't see the post above mine because I didn't refresh the screen. Funny that we linked to the same damned article.

Re-releases. That's nice.

Hopefully something new will come to light.

I'm just wondering if they have enough new material for another album. Egypt which has become my favorite composition from this line up and Bag End could take up about half of an album. I'm sure if Gregg and Warren were motivated enough it wouldn't take too long, Derek has also seemed to take a liking to writing in recent years.
