This show is going to be taped for an upcoming DVD release. Joe has announced that there will be 3 special guests appearing with him tomorrow night but did not say who. I think Beth Hart is pretty much a given, but rumors are flying that some of them may be Paul Rodgers, Warren, and even EC has been thrown around. Warren, obviously is out, because he'll be in Dallas tomorrow night and EC? Well, that's why they call them rumors. Anyone else going to be there? Should be a special night, especially if you're a Bonamassa fan.

Last night it was Paul Rodgers, Beth Hart and John Hiatt. From what I heard it was a killer show.

Joe is the best. I really loved John Hiatt the most though Beth and Paul were astounding too. Tonight is sold out. Be careful of bootleg tickets. Only buy fan extras.

No set break. Joe never has one. And he starts ON TIME. Last night they started at 8 almost exactly. Tonight 8 pm is the start time as well.

The show was about 2 hours last night with the guests as Sniff said. It was a very good show but I think Joe was a little tired form all the work that went into setting up the first night. They are recording both nights. I bet he will be more rested today. Of course the show was great last night anyway, I just could tell because I've seen him a few times. Also I thought there could have been a few more songs but it still was a great night of music.

Thanks for the info. Lovelight if I see you I'll be sure to come and say hello. Leslie West posted on his FB that he will be at the show tonight. As a spectator only I believe, but I would love to see him up on stage. I saw a set list from last night and because of the guests it is very different from what he's been sticking with lately. Really looking forward to this.

I wont be going to this one and I would have liked to go. It would be great to see Leslie West on stage with Joe especially with his ordeal involving his loss of a portion of his leg. Glad I will be able to buy it when it comes out. Enjoy the show all!!

Just got back home after a few nightcaps here and there and I'm still wired from this show. Almost 2-1/2 hrs of JB completely off the charts. May have been the best evening of music I've ever experienced. Beth Hart is an absolute powerhouse, Paul Rodgers seemed thrilled to be there and delivered big time and John Hiatt took it to another level for him. Down Around My Place w/ John was a highlight of many. Working off the set list posted above for Fri, assuming it's correct there were a few changes. John Henry was played after Bird on a Wire, the two songs with Paul were switched in order, Sloe Gin replaced IHWN, Django/MT closed the main set and Woke Up Dreaming opened the encore. If memory serves me right. Also, nice to see you lovelight, hope to see you in Boston in Dec.

Good review there Hankpipes. I'm not very familiar with all of Joe's song titles.
Joe KILLED! Great show!
ALL three guests were fantastic!
Paul Rodgers rocked the house and among the guests, received by far, the largest standing O! I have to see Paul Rodgers live! Never saw him solo after Bad Co. first disbanded eons ago.

I was a bit surprised by the majority age of the audience...mostly 45-55.

Joe Beacon thanks for trying -

The set was Friday night's show and yes, the both nights were recorded for a DVD. Can't wait for it to come out. Enjoy the you tubes till them. Joe B rules.

Here he is playing Rory Gallagher's strat doing Gary Moore's Midnight Blues. http://youtu.be/3UleK3MTds8

He did a great version of it last night. He did a few different and more songs Saturday than Friday. Both shows were great. Saturday night's show ruled.

Here's Beth Hart doing I'll Take Care of You Saturday night. A great performance of a beautiful song. - http://youtu.be/4Ucxjxh_KI8

Looks and sounds like a great show at the beacon. I'm warming up to this guy a bit. An obvious huge talent but something about his music just doesn't connect totally with me yet.

Check out Joe Bonamassa Live from Nowhere in Particular. It was my first exposure to him. He has 13 cds out so a rather large catelogue. Ballad of John Henry, Black Rock and Dust Bowl are the three latest cds too and I like them a lot.
