matt05, thanks for the heads up! I did not know Queensryche and Jane's Addiction had new stuff coming out. Those are 2 of my wife's favorite bands, and I like 'em too.

For me it is TTB all the way, but I am also hopeful that good things will be on the new Deep Purple Mark IV DVD "Phoenix Rising" and the also the Tommy Bolin tribute album that has Warren, Derek, and others on it.

Farther down the road, I'm hoping for greatness from Wilco, something rocking from either Mick or Keith or both, a potent studio album from Deep Purple, and - you guessed it! - the ABB to do something already!

Crosby Stills Nash & Young 1974 Tour compilation CD.

This was supposedly being prepared for release last year or early this year. However no new information in regards to this.

Hopefully Bob Seger will be releasing a new album later this year. I'm ready for that one. The Ozzy remasters sound good as well.

Steely Dan, You Can't Thrill, All Wish Bone Ash, All RTF, All Rory Gallager, All Yes, All Santana in SACD or DVD-Audio. Anyone at the record companies listening. Downloads are killing the traditional CD sales this is a way to make money on something already in the vaults just waiting for the surround transfer.

New Soundgarden and Jane's Addiction, plus Black Country Communion 2. Supposedly Lonnie Brooks is working on a new album too so hopefully that will see the light of day soon. It's been about 13 years for Lonnie. He must be on the Gregg Allman schedule.

Tedeschi/Trucks Band and the new Van Halen record (rumored to be released in August).

I picked up Robbie Robertson's new disc "How To Become Clairvoyant" over the holiday weekend. One word: Outstanding! I really dig it and highly recommend giving it a spin. Some very good guests on the album. Robert Randolf, Eric Clapton, Steve Winwood, Trent Reznor, Tom Morello.....

Jim - Thanks for the heads up on Lonnie Brooks! I will also grab Sean Chamber's (thanks, Bruce) new one as well as Bob Seger's new album whenever they come out, and of course, TTB's Revelator.

Who is this person, "Album" ?
And if indeed they are looking forward to "coming out" , then I suggest watching the mick jagger / david bowie video clip mentioned on this page of the site.
It could make things a whole lot easier.
