16 oz Heinekens are $8. Water is $4. And they are very easy to get.

Drinks = easy to get to
Toilet = not so easy to get to

So true. But the lines really move. I have to hand it to New Yorkers; very efficient urinators!

They keep the tops to the water bottles. If you don't like that bring a cap from a Coke- they fit fine.

I always thought the idea of the vendors keeping the caps was stupid. I really dont see an Allman crowd flicking bottle caps all over the place.

I thought they kept the caps in hopes you'll spill it and have to buy another $4 soda/water.

Might be a safety issue. People could trip or fall on a cap left on the floor, but most people if they saw a bottle on the floor wouldn't have that problem. Could be liability protection.

Boy that's rough. It was $12 for a PBR tallboy at the Orpheum run last fall.

Prices aren't bad considering. I mean Brother Jimmys = $5 Bud draft, McAleers = $5 draft, Blondies $5.50 bottle, Dublin House = $6 bottle. Beacon = $7.50.

The whole neighborhood is high.

Jesus the Iridium is $9 a 12 oz bottle. F*ck that!

Find a place like Bourbon St on Amsterdam. Place got $3.50 domestic bottles and buy one get one free draft pints. That is where you want to go.

By the way, happy Beacon has popcorn back in service. There was a time between 2006-2009 when I could not get popcorn there. $5 a box and it isn't bad.
