Yogi's closing and the UP Experience last year threw a wrinkle in. '09 I want to remember a good bar around 75th & Amsterdam that had decent food and the Brothers on the music system - even a beer advertisement on the street "Welcome ABB Fans".

Any recommendations from the NYC locals/regulars?

I'll be a Blondies for my pre-shows. Always ABB on the box, great wings and pitchers of beer. What's not to love?

I like the Dublin House, 79th just east of Broadway. Kind of a dive, but that's what I like.

I have always been a fan of the Dublin House. Pick one of the others if you want food. Look for the neon harp sign on 79th between Braodway and Amstersam and you are there. Blondies is just across the street from the Dublin as is an Aussie bar called the Sunburnt Calf. Not many more days to go!
