I have downloaded some torrent videos and for some reason they are split and not all one file. The file ,depending on length , will be split into two or more sections all in the size of 1,048,574 kb. I am not sure if there is a way around it or if I can fuse these together. I am using Pirate Bay

Don't know if this is the answer you're looking for, but you can start the video by executing the video_ts.info file.
As far as I recall you can burn the Video_TS (and if present the Audio_TS) folder to the root of a DVD and the DVD is playable (at least with my player). Just 1 Video_TS folder per DVD.

There are more sophisticated applications available, but I have no knowledge about that.

Be very careful of what you download from Pirate Bay. There are alot of viruses and spam on that site.

Pirate Bay is sketchy. They've been shaken down for possible
illegal activity in the past. I've got a couple things from there, but I
would scan any files you get with your security software. Same
goes for more trustworthy sites. My favorites are Dime: http://www.dimeadozen.org/
and bt.etree: http://bt.etree.org/ and LosslessLegs: http://www.shnflac.net/

LosslessLegs is grateful dead heaven, but it took me a year before a spot
opened up, you just gotta keep trying

Watch out for torrents, the rule is the bigger the site, the more users, the more
public the more danger. I've used Traders Den a couple times too, and I got
the weird impersonal vibe from them too, but not as bad as Pirate Bay. Dime
is pretty good. They are real strict about not allowing commercial releases, so
that keeps the riffraff out.

It's probably normal, read this for an explanation:

All VIDEO_TS files i download are split that way and are about that size. Just burn the video_ts folder which should contain vob,bup and ifo files only.

Not all video you download will be VIDEO_TS. ISO and image files are just one file but easy to burn with most burning software.

Dime, The Traders Den and Zomb are good boot websites. Nothing that is officially released is allowed.
