With my wife I don't get no respect. I made a toast on her birthday to 'the best woman a man ever had.' The waiter joined me.

"I could tell that my parents hated me. My bath toys were a toaster and a radio."

"I stuck my head out the window and got arrested for mooning."

"I was tired one night and I went to the bar to have a few drinks. The bartender asked me, 'What'll you have?' I said, 'surprise me.' He showed me a naked picture of my wife."

I remember the 1st time I saw Dangerfield. It was the Tonight Show with Carson. Neither of us had seen him before.

It was unreal. Just bam..bam..bam...one right after the other. He's twitching, he's sweating, his eyes are bugging out.

Never laughed so hard in my life.

Good grief. As a young man he looks like Wally Cleaver.

On the History of Howard Stern they just played some great bits from when Rodney was on. They were busting Jackie's balls because he borrowed money from Rodney and never paid him back. Jackie claimes he paid him back in jokes. You can imagine the fun they had with that one.

I went to the doctor and his said take off my clothes and stick out your tongue, over by the window.

Why by the window doc?

I'm mad at my neighbor.

Robert Klein tells a great story of the time he and Rodney went sailing. He was just on "The Green Room"

Looks like Andy Kaufman, which it is.

There's an interesting book about the history of Casablanca Records, on which Rodney was recorded - it mentions him wielding a Noxema jar full of cocaine. I want to party with THAT guy!!!

During sex my wife always wants to talk to me. Just the other night she called me from a hotel.

One day I came home early from work. I saw a guy jogging naked. I said to the guy, "Hey buddy, why are you doing that?" He said, "Because you came home early."

I really miss Rodney. Funny even after death...
