If you needed another reason to go, this is a good one! I saw Los Lobos back in January (?) of this year. I rate it my #2 show of the year - between the ABB in Huntsville and the ABB in Macon. They closed with "Don't Keep Me Wonderin'" - they RAWKED! I'm sure there will be cross-jammage with EC.

David Hildago is one of the finest guitarists out there. Bar none. Including EC.

Meh. Warren or Derek and Susan would have been much better choices.

Glad to see Los Lobos getting a high profile gig like this. This band absolutely cooks.

Here's absolutely begging for some east coast dates!!!! Los Lobos whom I've seen many times put on a great show!!! And I've always enjoyed EC, but honestly the tour with Derek playing was about as good as it gets

There is absolutely NO downsided to this news except there aren't any East Coast shows announced yet. Two fantastic acts for the price of one ticket! What more can you say about Eric? Los Lobos is one of the most under appreciated bands I've ever heard. I love 'em .

I'm always glad to see Los Lobos getting some love One of the truly great American bands.

If you haven't heard Tin Can Trust, their latest album, you're really missing out. As the year draws to a close, that might be my favorite album of 2010. So many great songs, and such a wonderful groove on that disc.

My personal favorite is "Good Morning Aztlan". Other favorites of mine are, "the Ride" and the newest, "Tin Can". To fully appreciate them, get your hands on some live shows. They're probably best known for the Mexican folk stuff (thanks to La Bamaba), but they play a gamut of styles. They play some kick-ass blues!

To musicman's question, I would suggest anything live over any of their studio releases. To me, their live releases capture what they are all about. One of my favorite DVDs is "Los Lobos Live at the Fillmore". It was filmed July 29th and 30th at the Fillmore in S.F.

Happy Hunting.
