Sabs fan that I am , The Wizard was the first one to come to mind..

2nd would be Love Me Do by The Beatles

3rd would be Heart of Gold by Neil Young

4th would be Serves You Right To Suffer by the J Geils Band off the LP Full House

5th would be several different Dylan or Neil Young songs ....

I'll go with I Got My Mojo Working by the Paul Butterfield Blues Band. There are lots of great versions of that song and also lots of nice choices above.

And remember, this is excluding any recording featuring Sonny Boy Williamson II - cause when he plays it is clear that there is no other harmonica player who ever lived (and I can't find the clip where he plays without hands)
